I haven't played BG3 for more than a couple of hours to see how it feels and all of the talk about sex in the game really lessens my interest in giving it an actual playthrough. Is it really that big a part of things or is it just a small part of the game that a ton of people are talking about all the time?

Then suddenly a rabid pitbull storms in from parts unknown, drawn there by the scent of burning human flesh. It lunges at the debris on top of you, mistaking it for a small child. You scramble out from under the debris and move towards the exit, but the pitbull blocks your path.

You wonder if this is the end when you hear the sound of a baby crying in another room. The pitbull reacts immediately and runs off in the direction of the tears. You take advantage of the distraction and leave the building. As you exit you hear the crying get louder and then abruptly stop.

Yeah I feel inclined to defend Cohen, but he would totally do that. Only reason he felt likable in game is because he is the only one that was some what nice to you and didn't try to kill you immediately.

If it's a temporary thing like they're an actor only doing it for a role... (we're talking very specific circumstances here, like a Christian Bale type actor) maybe then. That's about the only time this would be an okay thing because there's no mental illness involved and it's temporary.

These people who are "feeders" and trying to make people unhealthy or make already unhealthy people even worse... those are sick freaks and what they do should be illegal.

Yeah I recently heard about that recently and its part of why I wondered if this was wrong.

Is enabling someone else's potentially harmful habits a bad thing?

Ive been hanging out with a weed gummy enthusiast. Her favorite hobby is taking an edible, ordering some junk food and then watching uneditted disaster footage.

Before we started hanging out she could only afford to do this once a week. But now that her and I are hanging out we can do this a bit more than that. As well as order more food when we do.

That is where my moral conundrum comes in. I have supersized her happy meals and replaced the toy with a milkshake. And while we are doing some intermittent blasting I dont think the calories burned make up for that.

I understand she is her own person and she could choose to not eat, but am I still morally culpable for the harm I could be doing to her physical health?

Is it kind of wild to become a communist after going to a high school that costs 50k a year?

They probably can't sell the office space because who else is going to buy it?

They also might need some of it for the people that do come into the office.

I asked the guy working at a sandwich shop if he actually saw any of that money and he said they had a spot for it on his paycheck.

He could have been lying, but I don't think he had a reason to. His manager wasn't around, it was basically just me and him.

If you've seen it, you'll know that it's pretty much one of the top "it's a tweest!" movies and Nolan has tried to incorporate that in a lot of his recent movies, to the point where I'm surprised he hasn't gotten flak for it the same way M Night Shyamalan has. But for all the twists, they've either fallen flat or not come up as satisfyingly as Prestige, with Tenet being one of the bigger culprits.

Dark knight trilogy, inception, interstellar, dunkirk is what I have in my head. Havent seen tenet.

I guess inception and interception had twists, but not as big as prestige. I guess you could say the batman movies did too.

High level Math and Physics majors I met were always quiet people. Unless you brought up physics or math, then they were pretty engaged. Not in an annoying or condescending way, more like a kid excited to show you something they made.

Jeez, I didnt know dos2 was 45 dollars. Its a good game, probably worth that price, but I dont know if I spend that to try it out.

I think Divinity Original Sin 2 is a better game than the original one. And its pretty much standalone. Id recommend playing that over the first one.

Y'all should check out practical engineering. Its a guy that explains civil engineering concepts and uses a lot of self made models to demonstrate them. The channel is very dry but the content is robust.

I'm glad then, because Half Life Alyx is one of the best games ever made.

Half Life Alyx is the gold standard for VR games. And I think if someone made a Bioshock game that built upon what made that game work it would be great.

A 1 to 1 remake would only be ok. But using the bioshock universe and plasmids could be really fun.

Probably, it costs money to keep data stored.
