idk what this topic about and while I love baseball and have followed it for decades, and am very familiar with Shohei Ohtani and his achievements, I didn't realize until a few days ago that he's reached the stratosphere with his recent play. Truly awesome. But I don't really keep up with ESPN anymore, so it wasn't until I looked at his stats that my eyes popped.

How many people you know that got fat from eating a bowl of hummus everyday though? You'll probably end up losing weight, despite the high calories. It's not only about the calories, but what type it is. 3-4 greasy cheeseburgers a day, or a big bowl of hummus. Each around 3000 calories. I wish someone would test this for a week.

I seriously doubt it's over 3000 calories and even if it were, it's not like you're eating the whole thing in one sitting all by yourself.

Is that bad? I have been blessed with the ability to literally eat whatever, whenever, and how ever much I want and am healthier than any human has any medical right to be. So I basically do not know about carbs and calories and such
