One has suffered through so much trauma. Now she has an infant and toddler, is married to man who Idk personally but on the surface seems to be a much better partner than I could have ever dreamed of being. Very strong, determined, and treated me someone with mental health issues a great deal of respect.

The other is a bit younger early 20s and is sweet as they come, everything you could ever want in a girl. I love her peppiness, sense of humor, how outgoing and caring she is.

I wish I could make the entire world a better place for both of them but ultimately there's nothing left for me to do and I hate that feeling of inadequacy

Your teammates AI is consistently Godawful and will just leave the opposing team's players wide open for jumpshots and layups/dunks, not actually guard anything leaving you try to defend all 5 positions at all times.

On top of it 2K24 is a celebration of Kobe my favorite player but it's so half-assed. They don't have the 81 point game or 60 point Finale in there as a Mamba challenge. At least Bynum and Odom are finally in the game so I guess I'll give them some props.

By tier 2s I mean just players that aren't top 5. 5-10, 10-20 USA players I think gets it done. The dbooks, Donovan mitchells, jimmy butlers, dfox, Kyrie, dame, etc. They wouldn't be the starting 5 of the dream team, and would beat everybody imo

Schroder is German, he was one the guys who beat Team USA

Mitchell was medicore in the 2019 FIBA World cup

Lillard and Booker won Gold in the last Olympics but they were honestly pretty bad. KD, Tatum, and Jrue all outplayed them by a wide margin. Kyrie was amazing in the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics but he's also completely lost his marbles over the years, is aging and very injury prone.

Germany was better coached, had more discipline, and American players have gotten way too soft given that any tiny bit of contact in the NBA is a foul nowadays.

Now if they loss Serbia with Jokic then you could say yes we needed another Superstar but Jokic isn't even playing.

This is one of the worst teams ever. When Jalen Brunson is your best player on a nationals team, you're fucked.

Maybe in 20 years we'll look back at this team as really good, just not good at the time, guys like Ant, Paolo, and Haliburton could turn into amazing players down the line, but right now, they're not.

idk about baseball but in basketball, the best players aren't playing. despite medical procedures being better, basketball players are injured a lot and rather save it for the nba.

US's starting lineup was undersized, constantly getting off to slow starts and killed on the boards

Brunson, Ingram, and later Hart had no business starting. The ball movement was terrible when Brunson and Ant were both on the floor together

US's talent pool is getting worse and worse in basketball while other countries are getting better

LeBron, Curry, and KD are aging

Jokic, Giannis, Luka, Embiid (kinda still a whiny shameless flopper) are the best players in the NBA right now and Wemby is the most hyped prospect

But the much bigger problem is approaching, starting up, and holding conversations with women. I've always had trouble socializing and of I get lots of around a girl I'm interested in.

I was very close with one girl I tried to hook up with but I was always very awkward. There's another I frequently girl talked to at work I really liked but due to the age difference (20-21 for her, 33 for me), religion difference (her being Muslim me being "Catholic" in quotation marks) I withheld how I felt about her.

The one girl I liked in High School/College did show some interest in me but I was more lost than a penguin in the Sahara Desert on how to handle it.

Tried flirting or talking some with other girls too but could never get the hang of it. Don't want to come off to strong either and sometimes telling where to draw the line can be thin.
