I could never muster interest to watch Futurama past the initial 4 season run.

the new episode is just more of the shlock we got with the comedy central era tbh, you won't be missing much

american dad had a pretty strong start with good character-driven humor, but now it's just so unbearable. it's all the bad parts of family guy and somehow manages to be even more lifeless at times. i actually used to prefer it to family guy now they're about equally bad, with american dad probably having worse lows at the moment but probably slightly better highs

futurama was never very funny even when it was great in the original run. it just had a lot of charm and soul in it and great voice acting and characters to care about. most of the modern episodes are painfully boring but there are a few standout good episodes

knights in the nightmare is fun on the switch but it feels hollow and repetitive despite the game looking super complicated at a glance. it's a game best played in short bursts

blaze union was incredibly boring but i never played riviera and don't know much about it

one more and press turn aren't interesting mechanics but i can't imagine atlus removing them at this point. for the mainline games, anyway

he hasn't been for a while. lifeweaver is the newest hero and he's been the worst even with his buffs

he's probably near the bottom but he skill issues weaker players really hard

the ring challenge mode is pretty demanding

no, but i would be concerned if my significant other felt a need to hide a harmless fact from me

i used to not appreciate food options when i was younger, but nowadays it's a pretty big deal for me

rpgs were never that difficult. even old "hard" games like earthbound beginnings and dragon quest were really simple with really obvious answers. at most you'd struggle by lacking in stats or not having good equipment

also no, suikoden is way easier. you can be entirely unequipped and never run into random encounters and still bulldoze through the games with autobattle

probably neither. i don't want to play a 1-to-1 remake of a short rpg and i don't find persona/smt combat interesting either. at least persona 3 is going to get dirt cheap during an atlus sale eventually so maybe

i think they made femc have some dumb narrative options like saving shinji but i can't imagine calling the ability to play as another gender and take the rest of the cast is a pointless gimmick

fun game but i wish the translation wasn't so bad and it was a bit more challenging. the graphics in the overworld can look kinda ugly at times, in stark contrast to the cool battle sprites and great cutscenes

most of the game gear games aren't even above a 5/10 and amy should've playable at the start

they could've at least expanded the multiplayer or let you customize level tracks like in generations but nope

no, because it's gotten so late that it doesn't matter. this is also a game where you can just use power lift and muscle drink and just use power bounce to oneshot every boss in the game

i don't know what they were thinking with power bounce and power lift

ttyd's quests are all really bad for some reason. the game already has enough filler in the main game

ttyd is fine enough. great writing does a lot to carry simple and easy combat but the level design is really underwhelming. i wouldn't pay for the game again unless they really overhaul exploration

looks super faithful to the original with no additions, so not really interested in dropping $60 on a short rpg i've played years ago

just barely yay: the games are generally very mid with a few outright-poor entries, but the casual nature and multiplayer can make this a good comfort food series, especially when discounted
