I have been lifting consistently for 3 years but I have no illusions that anyone who knows how to fight would destroy me.

Knowing that when it comes down to it you could beat the shit out of or at least hold your own vs 95% of people on earth, would give you a supreme amount of confidence 24/7.

I know when you're untrained it basically comes down to body weight and how aggressive you are. a 200 lb man who doesn't give a fuck will destroy a 150 lb timid guy.

I would say: keep it simple. Theres no need to pressure yourself or feel any pressure to socialize.

Basically this. People are overthinking this. Being mindful, present, engaged and simply listening to what the other person has to say is 90% of socializing. You don't need to be some crazy smooth talker, or spit game to talk to women.
