Rumor has it Doug Pederson may overtake playcalling duties for the Jaguars Sunday vs. the Titans. An hour before the season started it was announced that Jags OC Press Taylor would be handling playcalling this season.

Im among the Jags fans who think we certainly have more issues than playcalling, but thats a big one. Curious to see what this team could look like with Doug calling plays again, and hopefully from there get a better sense of which players arent good enough, execution issues and so on.

Anyone else find it interesting that yesterday Corrik was torn between brohan and sultan, but today he hasnt really seemed interested in a brohan lynch at all?

And thats apparently based on me voting Brohan and Corrik spending like half his posts today talking about how bad it was not to vote for sultan, and trying to keep sultan alive was a pure scum move when we didnt know exactly how sultans role even worked when we voted?

Personally Id kill Brohan because assuming hes scum, it sheds light on yesterdays eod. If town brohan voters are wrong, game is over anyway. Plus red is at least around to provide content unlike brohan.

If anything, getting rid of sultan arguably benefited scum more. we are on the verge of town getting swept. If I were scum Id feel like the bigger threat was the 3p claim where I dont know their wincon, especially after last game where two scum lost to indy death in final five.

Sultan was an unknown and the biggest possible risk to scum who otherwise would need a ton to go wrong, for them to lose now. Yet Corrik keeps insisting Im scummy for voting against sultan even though he kept his freaking vote on brohan until the last what, 20 seconds of day?

I think its possible Corrik and brohan are scum together and Corrik hoped someone other than brohan would get lynched and he could keep his hands clean at the same damn time.

I am here and caught up. Lol at Corrik and red trying to push my lynch and red saying I have barely been here today when while its true I havent been around much this calendar day, I have almost definitely posted more than red on this in-game day.

You keep saying this. It was plausible to believe sultan was lying about his role and possibly flagging scum to keep him alive, but both town and scum didnt know sultans true role when we voted. Jags seem to be similar to the Dolphins - taking care of business against the lesser/mid teams, albeit barely in some cases, and not doing well against the playoff teams.

We have played worse at home for some
reason and with us on a 5 game win streak and 9ers on a 3 game losing streak, both feel ripe for ending lol

Ill be busy with family stuff as usual on the weekend but Im gonna try to iso bct today as time allows and see if anything glaring jumps out. I doubt it will because I felt good about BCT being town up to now, though.

Corrik if youre somehow town which Im still struggling to fully open myself up to that possibility, BCT is 100% scum. I find it highly unlikely we have 3 roleblockers. It is possible BCT claimed redirected on his own rb so that if anyone saw BCT visiting me to rb me, he could just go argh damn mechanics make me go brrrr brrrrrr and visit wallz, dont lose sleep my fellow townies. BCT popped in first thing as start of day to claim he was redirected and with about 12 hours to deadline, I dont think has come back. That didnt raise my eyebrow yesterday since I was busy and barely around too, but its worth noting.

One thing giving me pause about Corrik is Corrik claimed to have roleblocking capabilities on the opposite night of me, and BCT seemingly has rb power on the same night as me. It makes a lot more sense from a meta perspective to have a single rb on every single night, and not two on one, zero on the other.

Theres almost definitely four scum left. Scum is not going to leave me, the town doctor/a rb, alive without repeatedly rb me. In an ideal world wed lynch the scum roleblocker and then make scum nk me to prevent any saves and take a big mislynch option off the board.

Corrik, is there a reason you arent pressuring red to full claim? One time I saw you as town be the only one dragging your feet participating in a mass claim (and it was one you called for! - Tekken), so your lack of full participation here isnt immediately damning. Yet you were still aggressive pushing others to spill the beans.

But your lack of interest in pressuring red doesnt feel very in character for town you. I feel like youd be holding peoples feet over the fire.

If memory serves, last game the final two holdouts on the mass claim were both non-town aligned. Would be interesting if thats happening again this game.

1. Redirector doesn't usually tell the person they are redirected.

2. You said you were told you were redirected.

3. If you are being told you are redirected which is not normal then scum also knew you would be told you were redirected.

4. Scum wouldn't choose to redirect town to town in the scenario of what both your stated powers were because it would confirm you both town.

5. Scum would redirect town to Scum that was counterclaimed to make that Scum look like town and to give him a reason to not have confirmed his power.

Thus, the likelihood is that Scum redirected town BCT to Scum Wallz if you are to be believed, BCT.

this is a focus of where I need to go back and finish my re-read. I feel like Corrik has said some things about Ashe specifically where he said this definitely is/isnt the case but whether it was an honest mistake or scum manipulation of some kind (you know which one I think it was lol) I think Corrik was wrong somewhere along the way, or scum did a minor gambit. Corrik has been defending Ashe lately like Ashe can get Corrik a private screening of Avatar 3-5 hosted by James Cameron lmao

I think IGCD is town and probably hit the nail on the head calling out red on tmi, but I will also try giving the benefit of the doubt and as I re-read the game look to see if red has been consistent in calling IGCD town, or at least even expressed feeling strongly that IGCD is town. Dont recall it happening off the top of my head though.

Correct. And scum would never have used this power on two town if they know it confirms them both town. This is NOT how scum redirector usually works. They had to of known using the redirects was just going to confirm town.

I'm suggesting they used it specifically on you to wallz to try and confirm wallz town while also giving him a timely reason why he couldn't self confirm his power.

Let me translate this. Scum Corrik is big mad Isquen told BCT where his night action got redirected to. Lol.

Think about what Corrik is saying - this isnt how redirect normally works, but also, scum never wouldve done this if they knew it would confirm BCT and wallz town, so scum had to have known BCT would get told it got redirected to me. And scum team used this knowledge in an attempt to confirm me town.

No, the this isnt how it normally works is Corrik being mad and hes ticked that town BCT got confirmation that I, the main mislynch option of the day, was roleblocked. And saying scum never wouldve done this if they knew is quite literally Corrik saying the scum team would not have done this if they knew this would happen.

So I guess this was the first time scum team tried using their redirect lol. Maybe scum has a Jack and the redirect was one time use.

Thoughts through t1 -

Ashe - didnt come out looking bad imo but Ulti immediately didnt like Ashe and oddly Corrik voted along with ulti a wai zero context.

Brohan - didnt do much, one serious post with some random percentages being like person a is 90% town, b is 85% town and notably had an exchange where Corrik said thats not brohan, brohan posted cUm and Corrik said thats brohan. At this point I feel confident it was just scummates messing around.

Corrik - I have an idea in my head not to read too much into d1 Corrik but I was struck by how many of the others in my Poe he interacted with d1 when by no means did he interact with everyone, he didnt really ask questions for the most part but that is not inconsistent with his town game. Usually he flies under the radar

Death - based on d1 I would guess Ashe or death is the townie in my five person Poe, I would feel more comfortable if death wasnt coming off a game where he played very well as Indy but nothing immediately glaring for d1, played relatively loose. Dumey said he had an inexplicable feeling death was scum, and Lea (now bct so not confirmed, but bct definitely seems town) had a town read on death.

Red - awkward first post miller claim hes been slow to elaborate on, Corrik lightly questioned reds opening post but never actually pursued red on it, then Dumey had a slight scum lean on red in 1.160. Dumey said he has observed scum red being more likely to sit back and let town lead themselves down a rabbit trail.

Poe Odds of being scum imo from most to least based on d1: Corrik > brohan > red > Ashe > death

Id be willing to bet the entire game on BCT, IGCD and sbell all being town. I know theres enough skeptics of me that you cant all be scum but I at least know Im town, and that leaves presumably four scum in:

Ashe, Brohan, Corrik, Death, red.

Id bet a lot of money the scum team is that group minus one. If any of you three up too fooled me, really well played. I am starting to re-read the game now hunting for town in that pile of five.

Also please be careful with voting, presumably one town vote on another townie would allow scum to coordinate a same time vote and win the game.

As BCT said, I was roleblocked. As all of you, town or otherwise will have confirmed that I was telling the truth after the game, it sucks because I finally picked the right person to protect. In this case it was protection by roleblocking anyone who came to visit, but you get my point. Sorry I couldnt keep you around Dumey.

im probably dying tonight if we make it that far because with BCT vouching for me getting RBd, I feel scum is not gonna succeed in getting me mislynched like they obviously kept me alive to do. And of course it may not matter if we lynch wrong and the game ends, but I randomly feel confident that Im not getting mislynched for a change.
