For some games, it can leave you without critical stuff that's nice to have but isn't strictly necessary. But for Pokemon, I think the worst you'd miss out on is... Fly, probably? Maybe Cut? And if you're the only one using it you're more likely to just not notice it at all. Low Prog Balancing would likely alleviate some of the pressure of starting late though, yeah. Especially if you play settings with a small sphere 1 (Vanilla Old Man would do this, though I can't say I recommend this even in your situation since it could have you stuck for an *incredibly* long time) |

I intend on basically running it into the ground, then getting some form of EV (and I'm looking forward to that day). My thinking is basically that my current car is good enough in most respects, so I'll run it as long as I can while EV prices come down from their "shiny new toy" highs and the charging infra continues to build out. |

However, with them taking an active step backwards in content with P3 not just from Portable (Which, FemC content was never a guarantee, though it would've been nice), but from the only (non-portable) version of the game that probably >90% of the playerbase has ever touched, I'm on this train too definitely with this P3 remake and quite possibly with P6 as well. WTF Atlas. |

I wouldn't jump to recommend it to people who aren't at least somewhat familiar with D&D on a basic level - there's a good bit of terminology and lore references thrown around that make it much more enjoyable if you "get" it. However, even if you don't, it's still quite charming and solid on its own merits. One of the friends I saw it with isn't really in that subculture at all and still very much enjoyed it, even if he had a dozen questions about things after. |
