They dont have the time to actually engage with or listen to their patients. Its a five minute appointment followed by them printing out a bunch of useless information and sending you on your way. I have a hiatal hernia that has led to me having crippling reflux and heartburn for years now Im talking heartburn that lasts for 18 to 36 hours straight, keeps me up at night, etc., and every time I go to my doctor, they just up my dosage of pantoprazole. Ive tried pushing to get on the road to surgery to fix this and she just always shoots it down no matter how bad this gets. --- Hmm... |

i had a zero G area that i enjoyed too, but here's the thing, after 20 hours, that was all i had to show for it. one fun "dungeon," the rest of my time was spent fast traveling and talking. Thats kinda your fault for continuing to do content you find bland with those missions on Mara. Ive personally had a blast with the main story and the vanguard missions. I had my own motivational crisis early on thinking about outposts and shipbuilding until I just decided to not do them. I never liked settlements in FO4 and skipped those too. Decided to do the same here and my enjoyment of the game skyrocketed. --- Hmm... |
