Anyway, I'm renting some rooms from a guy in town. One is a business location, one is an apartment. But I'm just using both as businesses at the moment. I've had issues with the landlord before, with him entering my apartment whenever he wants and giving his friends keys and letting them go in and such. That finally seems to have been sorted out and stopped.

But I'm getting 2 electric bills, one for the business side, and I e for the apartment. Which is fine, except the apartment is currently only powering a refrigerator and maybe a couple of lamps. But the power bill is several times larger than the business side, which requires constant power.

Looking into it further, and it looks like my apartment actually powers the landlord's business which he runs all week. That would explain why I'm being charged so much for basically nothing. >_>

Gonna talk to him and see what's going on. Though, he generally is reasonable and makes it up to us for stuff like that... but still. Some of the fuses in the box are labeled as going to his room. And he was keeping the power on with no tenants too.

Idk, there's just no reason my power bill should over 4x higher than the other while not powering anything.

I'm the one who says that about me, though.

I almost won the lottery in FFXIV once. When I saw the winning numbers announced I got excited only for the teller to tell me it was a losing ticket. That's when I realized I had the opposite of the winning numbers. lol

It's still the same if just compare where I am, with where and who I want to be.

I have severe social anxiety. Got diagnosed with that like 8 years ago, along side depression.

I probably have generalized anxiety too, considering how much just existing causes me panic attacks. Possibly PTSD from quite a few traumatic events in my life, and potentially avoidant personality disorder(which actually describes my life perfectly).

So, there's a lot to deal with just to function on a basic level. It takes so much energy and effort just to leave the house. I've grown to the point that I can handle interacting with the people that I have to,such as cashiers or whatever, but even that is stressful.

I've never felt like I developed into an actual person. Having to interact with more socially developed people makes me realize how far I fall short. I've always wanted to date, get married, and have kids... but that would require so much more than I'm capable of. Besides, as I am I'm not worth anyone's time or attention anyway. So... that just adds to my depression.

My parents marriage is incredibly toxic, and they stayed together. I much would've preferred if they split. Keeping dad in my life has caused so much damage to the rest of us that it's ridiculous.

So, in my case divorce would've been so much easier. Not saying that's always going to be the case though.

It's kinda rare, I guess. Maybe once every 3-4 years if I get sick or something. A couple months back I woke up really I'll and to throw up. After a few hours I was fine, idk what that was, but that was the last time. Think the time before that was 2019 when I got a bad migraine at work, and the lights were blinding me. Don't remember the time before that.

Hm... hard to say really. I haven't really had many friends in my life, man or woman.

I've had plenty of coworkers that were women that I got along with. The thing is, most of the ones I liked I did end up developing crushes on. There were only a few I liked where that didn't occur.

The crushes tend to pass quickly though. Then everything is fine afterwards. I'm pretty sure I'm just emotionally starved/damaged, so when a friendly person is nice to me I want to spend more time with them. Then that just naturally progressed into an attraction, but then it dies off not long after when I realize there's nothing actually there but then being polite.

Nah. Never did anything romantically. I rarely leave the house now. I'm too fucked up anyhow. I'm working on it, but I'll always be somewhat fucked up(there is no cure). It's hard to get through the days, let me tell ya. lol

I never really understood the decision myself. We're not going to see them or anything. We're supposed to be connected to the character, not the actor. Movies and TV are one thing, because the actor represents the character. But in a videogame or cartoon, that doesn't matter at all. I've never been drawn in because a specific person voiced a character. I really couldn't care less about that.

They could probably find 100 voices that fit the character better for 1/50th the price.

I can sort of understand a little for actors that have iconic voices, like James Earl Jones being cast, but still, I'm not going to be more likely to play it just because he voiced someone in it. It really just kind of iris me a bit when some big name celebrity is fast just because they have a big name. Often times to the detriment of the character they're portraying. Just hire someone that fits well and help them make a name for themselves.

No, I'm on the Western end of VA, West Virginia is only about a 30 minute drive from here. Very rural, lots and lots of nature. Not much else.

Actually, the mountain im closest to has a tower on top. Supposedly at the top you can see 4 states, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Carolina. It doesn't take long to cross state lines from where I am.

It's a surprisingly small town considering interstate 81 runs right through it. There's just no reason for anyone to stop except to get gas.

Blue Ridge, Appalachia.

Fortunately I don't know them. I live a few miles out of town, closer to the mountains. There's not many people that live out this way. There's a group of maybe 5-6 small homes about a mile closer to town. Then maybe 4 around the curve about half a mile the other way further out of town.

I wouldn't recognize any of them if I saw them. I have no idea who lives in any of those. So, no problems either, which is good. We get our privacy and everything is good.

For me, it's possibly 6 and 4.
I definitely wouldn't say I'm reckless or unsafe, but when out in dangerous situations I don't really care all that much about protecting myself. And as for 4, I tend to be a little strict about rules. Though, if something simple I'll bend or break one sometimes.

My older brother bullied me as well. I'm surprised at how many of us had violent older brothers. Mine liked hurting me to make dad happy, and it worked.

Like once when I was about 6/7 and he was 10 my parents warned him not to go near the old dog house near the woods, as it was full of bees. So what does he do? He lures me over to it and puts my ball inside and tells me to go get it. I was just a dumb kid, so all I was thinking was that I wanted my ball. I crawled inside and realized I was surrounded by angry hornets. I was too afraid to move and started crying for help, so that's when he decided to kick the whole thing over. Which knocked the hive down on me and blocked the entryway. I almost died to having several hundred stings.

As we grew older, he grew more arrogant and hateful, and I grew more reserved and shy. He always challenged me when he was hurting me, "I'll stop when you can make me." So, one day dad has been abusing me all day, and then he started. I told him to stop and he gave that response, so I punched him right square in the face and layed him out on the floor. That's one of only 2 times I've hit anyone(the other being dad while he was trying to kill me).

Anyways, he eventually realized dad was a horrible person and realized he'd also been horrible to me. We grew very close for about 10 years, still had issues occasionally, but it was a good relationship.

Then he met his wife, and he is now her puppet. She controls everything about his life and made him absolutely miserable. They can't stand each other, but he's too proud to divorce her, and she has it too easy to leave him. So... it's basically non-existent at this point. I see him maybe twice a year, at Thanksgiving and Christmas, if she allows him to visit for both. And that's only so she can get free food and gifts from us.

I'm basically not part of his life unless he needs money, then I'm just there to cut a check for him.

Outside of my toxic immediate family, there's basically no one in my life. I did end up with a few friends near the end of high school, but then once school ended they were gone.

I really feel like I'm living a hollow life. I wouldn't even say what I'm living is a "life" but even if it is, it's empty.

I don't have a place or belong anywhere. I'm not wanted or needed by anyone. I'm just a pathetic loser living a hollow life, seeing everyone else's lives and wishing I could be like them. I'm so sick of being this way, I hate it,vans hate myself for being this way.

Damn, nice luck on that... The couple shinies I've gotten in the DLC so far, I had to farm for... Do have 3 shiny Nose pass though...

I was planning on farming some up, but I got a random Skwovent almost immediately upon starting the dlc yesterday. Then that little guy today. Hopefully my luck continues.
