It was just in a shitty state at launch but it was still playable. I would know I was there.

Just from what I read Phantom Liberty seems to start around the time the main story sends you to Pacifica.. but it's hard to say.

The game runs pretty much the same as it did pre-update so feels like the system requirement update on PC was a bit overblown. It was probably mostly focused on needing an SSD now and if you want to use all the Nvidia graphic effects they added.

It still had it in these areas when I started a new character a year ago. Mobs in that area didn't go below lvl 20 or 30, so they could still mess you up early on.

And I don't care what level I was, mirelurk kings are the one mob I fear.

Mirelurk Kings are the worst, I hate them too. They can chunk your health like it's nothing.

Just let other scientists look at it or sit in on these supposed tests.

The level scaling is my most hated change they made to the game.
Before areas had level ranges so you could find yourself at actual risk if you wandered into the more dangerous areas like The Mire and Cranberry Bog.

The attitude around the game changed because people liked an anime. That's literally it.

CDPR shills keep trying to push this redemption arc narrative when they've done absolutely nothing to fix the real issues with the game. They did bog standard bug fixes then were able to gaslight everyone into thinking the outcry about the game was SOLELY due to bugs when it wasn't at all.

When Lance Storm came in the storyline was that he is really really really boring.

Austin would come out during Lance Storm matches and rant about how boring Lance Storm was. Then the crowd would start chanting Boring at Lance Storm every time he appeared.

This also popularized the boring chant in general (It absolutely existed before but increased 4000% after the Lance Storm storyline)

Then they gave him this terrible music and made him dance to show off "Look how unboring he is" but as even this clip shows, all the commentators and show did was ignore/talk over him as he floundered. Looking awkward as he lost in nothing matches, unable to do anything he was good at because "It's boring"

Got one of the best in ring wrestlers in the world, promoted his in ring wrestling skill as boring, made him into a joke then told everyone to focus on his personality that he didn't have.

It was almost surgical in it's complete burial of a man's career.

Not just cartoons but nature documentaries as well.
They will often give animals human names and apply human style logic to their behavior to make a more relatable show. Couple that with a general lack of actual knowledge of the outdoors and wild animals and you get morons doing stupid things.

There are numerous studies and articles about it, it's a real concern and not something just made up.

Did someone forget that changing their TOS after the fact is only supposed to effect gamers who CAN'T afford to actually challenge it in court? Good luck trying to shake down those companies I guess.

4chan mods are pretty lazy overall. They prefer to sit in IRC and goof off.
Usually only spurred to action if an overzealous janitor keeps bugging them which is probably what you ran into. They love to give 3-day bans too because you can't dispute those.
