One of my bullies who was a popular jock got killed at a party when he was attacked. It was sad what happened but now his family formed a foundation about anti bullying despite this guy being the biggest bully at our school and talk to schools about how he was the nicest guy who stood up for others and helped kids who were being bullied

They have never been featured in an episode. Still images of them have appeared at the start of one of the later movies where they showed every Pokmon and Porygon2 appeared as a still image in the Johto Pokerap. And at the start of an earlier Pokmon movie there is a quick shot of Porygon behind a fence

my theory is it doesnt exist. It wouldnt make sense for 4Kids to translate it and in Japan this episode is basically never mentioned or acknowledged. Also 4Kids used footage from banned episodes in the Pokerap such as shots of Tauros and Dratini and they also got the beach episode which they eventually heavily edited. My theory is if they had the Porygon episode they would have at least used a shot for Porygon in the Pokerap.
