Obviously dumping cash into their pockets is most effective way to support them, but I don't want to sign up for 50 patreons any more than I want to sub to every streaming service or pay for a cable subscription. The cost benefit to me is, premium. I'm not going to endure ads just to also pay the creator directly to minimize support for the platform. Of course there are other streaming services depending on what your youtube looks like. Nebula, Curiosity stream, Magellan, etc. which you can get for like $20/year.
