Calvin Candie loves his BEAUTIFUL SISTER!!! Yami Marik threatens or attempts to kill his siblings on several occasions. That's the tie breaker for me, as they both enjoy inflicting suffering and torture upon others, and if they switched places, both of them would do similar things as their opponent.

I'm inclined to go with Umbridge because of Carnage growing bored in the write-up. Without Norman Osborn's involvement, Carnage might have stopped killing out of boredom. Granted, it's a long shot at redemption, but Umbridge doesn't even get that. There was also a time in the comics where Carnage's morality was inverted and he tried to be a hero. He wasn't very good at it, but he did sacrifice his life to contain a bomb blast.

Cioccolata is the recipient of the 7 Page MUDAMUDAMUDA. I believe the theory that Fugo was originally meant to get the 7 Page MUDAMUDAMUDA because he would have been a spy for Diavolo and Giorno would have been so upset at his friend's betrayal that he loses control and absolutely wails on him. Instead of that, Giorno wrecks Cioccolata because he's just that much of an evil scumbag.

Palpatine has got this one. He succeeded in taking over the galaxy far far away and could easily do the same to Oz if he and the Witch switched places. He could use his political skills to usurp the Wizard. After all, he is the Senate.

Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis The Wise? I thought not. Its not a story the Jedi would tell you. Its a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.

Davros
This is a tough decision, but I'll give it to Davros because the Doctor warned him about the Daleks. He was given a chance to avoid being bad, and he rejected it.

Gabbo

Shame the Switch version's no good, though it's strange to me that this game is on Switch at all. If PS4 and Xbox One aren't powerful enough to run it, Switch certainly wouldn't have been.

Iago

His treachery is made worse by the fact that everyone places their trust in him and considers him a friend, and his schemes come about because of a minor slight, disproportionate to what he does in response.

Allied Mastercomputer has a more sympathetic backstory than Biff, and some redeeming qualities in rescuing people from nuclear armageddon (albeit for selfish reasons), which Biff lacks. That said, it's a lot more ambitious and creative with its villainy than Biff, and it affects a lot more people.

Chiki Chiki Ban Ban had me laughing throughout so I'm rooting for it to win, and I'll certainly watch Kongming. I made a note of it from Robazoid's writeups, so I'll have to find it and move it up the list.

I didn't have much luck with nominations, as Ambiguous was the only one of mine to make it past the randomizer (RIP Brave Shine and Papermoon), and it lost in round 1. At least it was one of the closer matches.

In Yu-Gi-Oh Worldwide Edition on GBA, sometimes Rare Hunters can appear at random when you challenge other characters and duel you instead. So when Arkana appeared after I challenged Mai, I thought he was her dad.

I was told Pokemon like Slowking who evolve by trading them while they're holding items had to be at level 100 or they wouldn't evolve. I also didn't find out Exeggcute evolved with a Leaf Stone until I had grinded one all the way up to level 52 by battling on the route south of Blackthorn City over and over.
