Base Set 2 Mewtwo is surprisingly not easy to find in a decent condition

I've been trying to ignore this topic because I didn't want to get sucked back in. I lost and ended up ordering some of the last few Bade Set 2 cards I needed :(

Do you have the pre-release version of Dark Gyarados or the normal version? I have the pre-release version and was a bit surprised to learn that it's worth less

I know, for a long time, Kadabra simply did not get cards, due to the Uri Geller stuff. I know they've recently started making Kadabra cards again, since he had his "I was an asshole sry" moment. Are those actually available through like, boosters/etc., yet, or do you have to buy a specific thing?

The issue was that the course relevant material was largely in the textbook and slides. One of the questions was complete bullshit like "What charity did the professor work for in the field?" Why would I think to take notes on that?

Obviously I wish I knew how to take notes, but that test was terrible considering only about 50 students moved on from ~250

This episode was about the transformation though. Same as the manga.

Manga takes like 3-5 minutes to read compared to a 22 minute episode.

When I went to university, I failed out in the first semester because they had their weeding out course as the very first one. A large majority of the students failed out so it wasn't just me. You needed an 85% to move on in the program and the first test was worth 30% of our final mark. They had stressed the importance of the textbook and the slides for this test and absolutely none of that had made it into the test. Instead, everything was about what the prof had verbally spoke and your note taking in lessons up to that point is what mattered. I was not prepared for that and obviously most other students weren't either since my high school never taught us proper note taking.

I later heard this from one of my friends who passed that my program had allowed way too many students for the future semesters to be able to handle so they intentionally jacked up the bullshit to cut a large majority of students out. The classes after that first one were waaaaay easier from what I heard. They put more high school prerequisites to reduce the numbers the very next year.

I'm still a bit salty about it later because that program was the only reason I went to that school so I had to go back home and never saw most of the friends I made there again. Not really to upset about it though because looking back, it was a shit major and the people I've kept up with a bit didn't even get a job in the field.

Sit down protest sounds a lot worse than it actually is. IIRC fencing REQUIRES you to sit down on the platform if you want to appeal the result and you getting up and leaving is acknowledging that you're dropping the appeal.

It led to a moment in the past where a South Korean fencer was in tears just sitting there for like an hour after getting screwed out of a win.

My issue with 4 in the later portions is that the game becomes "The Oatchi Show! featuring Purple and Ice Pikmin"

Just finished earlier today at 31 and a half hours. Still need to do a few more things to fully be done with it Finishing off Olimar's mode, getting the purple and white onions, getting platinum on a few more Dandori, and getting that gold bar treasure

While it does leave it open for 2022 to be a possibility, it'd be weird for an announcer to reference her gaining sex appeal 7 years prior as opposed to the one year prior if the game was in 2016
Of course this is the English translation so who knows how the original text implies this reference
