I didn't put any of those in my list because I don't really watch any of those (in fact, I usually avoid them) but HiDive does have some of those if that's what you're looking for. In fact, it might have the most shameless, most trashy, most power-fantasy-y isekai in all of existence in the form of The Eminence In Shadow. I've heard good things about that show, but I'll never watch it myself.

the problem with naltrexone is it's a daily medication

I was a high school teacher. I'll tell you, if an IEP was actually being ignored, the ability to prove that lies solely with the parent and student.

IEPs/504s in high school are usually written to be quite vague in an effort to "take the training wheels off" to try and treat them like normal kids before they exit high school.

Also, most IEPs (speaking as a former English teacher) contain only the following accommodations:
1. Extended time
2. Preferential seating
3. Chucked assignments
4. Separate seating for testing

That's basically it. There's a few exceptions. All other forms of accommodations are illegal. (At least in NC.)

my son's/stepsons provisions include a *lot* more than that, especially regarding what to do during a meltdown

Does Naltrexone not work for curbing cravings or for the blunting of the drunk?

Before I started I'd get those cravings you feel in your goddamn eyes, it helped a fair bit with that.

Also took away the euphoric parts of the drunk so I was basically just me but dumber and slurred.

naltrexone gives me unbearable stomach aches
i hear vivitrol is somewhat more bearable after a week or so
and yeah, alcohol cravings are the fuckin worst because it's literally everywhere
i just did a rewatch of orphan black and every time the characters drink (like every other episode) i found myself wanting to drink
and i've built neuroassocations between drinking and other activities, like dancing (i dance all the time) and MMOs(my primary gaming genre)
i'm drunk right now btw. had 3/4 a bottle of vodka
