As for the topic at hand the internet is unusable in this day and age without ad blockers. I have uBlock, Ad Block, Ad Blocker For Youtube, Sponsor Block For Youtube and Privacy Badger crammed into Firefox.

Oh and I have noticed that Gamefaqs has started to do it dinger with the ads. Normally uBlock sits around 21 items blocked and Ad Block around 11 items block but at the moment on this topic uBlock is 53 items blocked and Ad Block 17 items blocked.

I'm glad KETO is fading out. Everyone, and I mean 100% of the people I know that have claimed to do the keto diet has gained weight, got flabby and unbalanced. While fats are not to be 100% avoided, you need very little to have hormones and bodily functions at their optimal level.
Meanwhile every cell in your body, from muscle cells to brain cells, absolutely thrives off of fructose glucose dextrose sucrose lactose, whatever you want to call it, it is -sugar- is what our bodies function the best from.
