It makes sense if you realize that a lot of the chuds want everyone else to be as gutless as they are. To them, if they have to take it, so does everyone else. They're the proverbial crabs in the bucket.

In some states, this house would already be torn down. This one might be torn down yet. The meth lab is too much of a liability. Fixing the house would require extensive work, possibly an interior gut-and-replace job. It would likely be less expensive to tear it down and build something new.
