Rampage pushes all the right buttons for me. K'Sante is decent. nATALIE is over 7 and a half minutes of Hatsune Miku it was always going to be the worst of the day. Staff Roll is a fucking masterpiece. Unused Song 2 is very nice. Un Deux Trois continues to click for no discernable reason.

Got more raves? was pretty cool but had an iffy synth early in. Desert-Duo was just very pleasant. RftM has a great chorus but man the ZUNpets at the end are not good. Had time to like this once since the GaMetal exists though LOL. Dialga is really cool, like most PMD music I've heard. To quote R1 me, "The Grand Finale is my favorite video game song ever made nothing else stood a fucking chance. This song is a genuine fucking masterpiece and if you think otherwise you are dead to me." To Far Away Times is also pretty great, but I feel like it probably works better in context? Still really cool though.

Still wish Song of Mourning had the FFIII overworld theme in it, would've made it so much better. Still a nice song though. Jintinda Lab is decent. Another World is still way too good for GB, though the loop is not great. sight of silence's bass is nutty and I kinda love it. I got a lot more into Castlevania music since the first match this was in, so now I'm just wondering why the Harmony of Despair or arranged versions weren't used. Still a banger song though, love this one. I don't think I care for a ton of TTYD music. Shadow Queen phase 2 and Doopliss are cool, but I don't care for the other stuff I've heard (Rawk Hawk, Bowser, this).

Match 1 sucks ass. I love both of these songs, but you're putting my third favorite video game song ever against a... 9/10 probably? Still, this sucks. I can't believe I have to vote against Jonny fucking Atma. I am wearing a GaMetal shirt as I type this. I hate it. Memories in the Mist and Unused Song 2 feel relatively similar, but US2 is more interesting for sure. It baffles me how much I like Un Deux Trois. By all accounts, this should not be a song I like much. But yet, it just works. GSS is still cooler tho lol.

Frozen Moonlight is fine. Not a fan of the lead instrument, but I do like the Genesis-y bass. Alabaster Icelands is one of few Pokmon songs I actually like. Bass is really cool. Rainbow after snow is not my thing. Training Course is inoffensive. noisemaker's decent I guess, but not my thing really. Portugal's pleasant, I suppose. Not a great day.

Remnants of Celestial is as cool as ever. DA really needs a fuller instrumental. Left Alone is a weaker Calamity song for sure, but it's still cool. Beginning kinda feels like C418 Minecraft music. Satellite was cool. Ended up zoning out after a point though, but then again I am just tired lol. Frozen Grounds is very nice. Freezing Temple just has a vibe that sits right with me.

Full Base is a pretty cool song stuck on outdated hardware. Aria Math is bliss, as with basically every other C418 Minecraft song. The Amazon is great, not much else to add there just a really cool song. The Specter Flute's Theme grew on me since last time but The Amazon is still better lol. Apollo is not my thing, but it's a tamer rhythm game song for sure. Battle! Zero Lab is one of few Pokmon songs I actually care about lmao.

White Spell was cool. Dialga has a really unique feel to it that I really like. The 3 Karma was cool in the beginning, but then kinda tapered off into more typical stuff. Not bad though. Aegleseeker is not really my thing, but I can appreciate it. To Far Away Times is nice, but I feel like it'd hit harder if I played the game. Solid day.

Ar tonelico was actually decent today, huh. Like how it just entirely invalidated my last comment on the last match LOL. Got more raves? was solid. Desert-Duo was nice idk I wasn't paying much attention admittedly. Kings, like AC music in general, is Not My Thing. Somehow, Reach for reality is *less* interesting. RftM is pretty well timed here, I just relistened to the GaMetal remix pretty recently. Never been a fan of the ZUNpets, but the rest of the song is good. Not a great day today.

Give Me Money is... not good. Obnoxious vocals and bad instrumentation do not make this a favorite. At least the backing guitar is decent with the instrumentation? Yeah no the rest of this sucks ass. Not huge on -{EDGE OF THE FUTURE}, but at least it's not Give Me Money. Weight of the World is decent, but it's another song I'm not huge on. I can feel the emotion in the song at least, which is what puts it above EDGE OF THE FUTURE. POP TEAM BATTLE is cool, but does it *need* to be this long? Fight the Tower is probably just as cool but it isn't 6 minutes long for no reason so that gives it an automatic boost to me. Do not like GOLDEN RULE's Ar tonelico-esque vocals. Not a great day imo

let it die is 100% my thing on paper but man the vocalist/s is/are not doing it for me. Instrumental's sick tho. They Who Govern Reason isn't my favorite Octopath song, but it's still great. Really need to get around to finishing this game sometime lmao. sometimes i breathe was an interesting song for sure, just not something I'd go back to. This version of Banbard has a lead instrument which really does not do it for me... something I recall being an issue with the other version. Huh. Fly In The Freedom is definitely not my favorite Sonic song, but it's not bad. Just really not my thing, especially relative to... most other Sonic songs lmao. Moonlight Canyon was the standout level theme from Forgotten Land for me, and has since become one of my favorite video game songs ever. It's hard to explain what about it is so good, it just... is. Fuck I love this song.
