Timberlake is a really skeevy guy. Remember that he intentionally exposed Janet Jackson's breast on national TV. (That incident basically ended Janet Jackson career) and only later on released a half assed apology over it.

Forgive me (and correct me) if I remember this incorrectly, but wasn't that ultimately proven to be staged? Or close to it? Although regardless of if it was or not, it doesn't make him any less "skeevy"

FTR, I'm not on JT's side

The scene where Michael Winslow is making the "flat tire" sound with his mouth. I think the Chief was in the car too. I can't find the clip anywhere but I'm sure it's somewhere.Total clip was maybe 30 seconds iirc

That makes things much easier (the non-defrosting).

I'm scrolling up to make sure I didn't miss anything, but do you do anything special when you cook salmon? Salmon is MY FAVORITE thing to probably eat outside of chicken, but the most success I've had with it is BBQ sauce, bake in oven for 20 minutes@400. It takes great, but I would like to pan-fry it the way the restaurants do it and have it taste just as amazing. Haven't figured that out yet.

Ugh. How long do you reckon I could acquire the taste of nuts? I hate them all. Would Salted Almonds be too much sodium?

Sorry, I am reading the rest of your post. I probably should've just made one giant response.

Edit: formatting.

Regarding losing weight, it isn't too difficult for me. I do need to lose a little bit (maybe 5 lbs) but this is more for my mental health in general. And I know once I'm eating healthier, the weight should hopefully drop off naturally, assuming I'm not eating a block of butter each day for my "fat intake".

Also, I haven't eaten breakfast in years on the daily. I do intermittent fasting "on accident". Don't get hungry until around 12. Usually stop eating about 10ish.

go really easily in smoothies.

Definitely trying this.

I mean, the highest protein cheese I think is parmigiano regiano, which isn't a very good melting cheese but it is great for snacking. High protein melting cheeses tend to be mozzerella (Which you can get the low fat version), real cheddar, or swiss.

Swiss is another I cannot wrap my head around. But I do love the others you mentioned. Will replace Kraft with something. I'm now wondering if Manchego would go well with the Chicken Quesadillas.

People recommend avocados for the healthy fat content, but you can get that elsewhere. Olive oil, salmon, egg yokes, yogurt are good substitutes.

Oh shoot, then yeah, I'll just do that if I can. Still gonna try the smoothie trick. Avocado with a banana?

When you freeze them, do you defrost them when you cook them? Or do you slap it right on [selected cooking method]? Also, regarding cooking method. Do these frozen meals always go into the same method (e.g. bake/fry/steam/etc)?

Regarding the rest of your post, how much worse would it be if I used Pork Bacon? Going to try cooking that tomorrow lunch time (I don't eat breakfast).

Olive Oil, Garlic, and Basil will be your friends.

For cooking I assume? I love all three of these, albeit, not by themselves

If you want to eat something because of the macros, but you can't because you hate the texture or whatever, hide it in something you do like. You probably hate cottage cheese, I couldn't eat that shit plain either, but have you tried making anabolic waffles with it, for instance? Its excellent, and you wouldn't know it is in there. Non-fat Greek yogurt is another one that you can hide in pretty much anything.

As for quesadillas, no they aren't healthy, even if you put chicken breast in them. The cheese is pretty much just liquid fat. There are cheeses that give you much better protein content than the weird kraft shit, and tortillas or whatever used to make a quesadilla are pretty much just carbs and fat too. There are high protein options though if you want something cheesy. I've seen a high protein mac and cheese that had cauliflower and all sorts of other veggies ground up into the sauce to make it thick.

Any cheeses you recommend?

Regarding hiding foods in other foods, you know good things to hide Avocadoes in? I feel like that's one of the very few foods that are on almost every list that I have (or would have) to supplement something else for it.

Pretty broad question.

First I would highly recommend using a calorie/nutrient tracker app like My Fitness Pal. Super easy to use, just scan the barcode of a food and it will automatically fill in the nutrient info. They also have all the nutrition facts for the food at most popular restaurants. Don't have to be super meticulous about it but it helps to just see a rough idea where you are at for daily calories and macro nutrients.

Here is a basic meal plan that seems pretty decent, you can swap in and out some meals if you don't like them for other meals w/ similar calories/macro nutrients. Google has a million different healthy recipes for just about any food you could think of.

Thank you! Gonna try this meal plan. Will have to fill in certain things (like avocadoes)

First off, I am an extremely picky eater. To the point I will puke if I try to force certain things down (cottage cheese is a good example. Guac/avocadoes are another).

Just curious if anyone has any recommendations. My therapist wants me eating healthier. Every day. Veggies with every meal.

For the record, I eat healthy about twice a week. Not fat, but am slightly overweight (5'9" @ 175).

Semi-side-bar: Are Quesadillas with just Chicken (plain or rotiserrie) and cheese (Kraft 4 mexican cheese) a healthy or semi healthy option?
