Yeah Star Trek Bridge Commander is pretty fun. I like the exploration from starbase to starbase (waypoints) then planet (scans) to space [stuff]. I still am playing it with mods (widescreen and HD details). Just hope i could play it as is on windows 11 with the mods as i plan to disconnect my ssd of games and throw it in my next computer. --- You don't stop playing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop playing |

I've wasted the last 23 years of my adult life not wanting to take control and will probably waste the next 23 years doing the same. It's just so much easier to do nothing.Been there, done that. Same feeling about doing nothing tbh. Theres a cost doing nothing and for me it came in the form of my general well being -mental health and physical wellness Meditation helped my anxiety. Doing that for over a year helped me understand myself a bit more and im more receptive to therapy now. Id like to think being honest with myself and owning the shame i have has granted me a freedom from that alone. Like therapy helped me understand how i was in autopilot in life avoiding certain things and taking away choices by being cheap, safe, & subjectively trouble free. But that wasnt enough for me. As i got older, i found myself more curious about others and places... more curious about life in general. Ms Marvel was the heart of the movie. It was able to fill the void captain marvel being soldier, take no prisoners. Actually felt more for Carol Danvers as she wanted to finish the mission before going home. Her powers made her the weapon she is but shes still human... imagine if her enemies knew how much heart she got. Monica Rambeau was a nice refreshing new hero that probably surpassed Carol in duty and kinda fostered the teamwork. They worked well because the team trained their strengths as a cohesive trio well. I too thought we just got enough and hoped for more scenes of the trio development. The flerkens... i mean captain marvel + goose was enough tbh Again, pretty fun movie. Guardian Tales Valorant Kukoro rpgcb Stream Raiders Backlog roulette with my steam deck when i play Valorant, im also playing two other games. i just turn on my steam deck and play what i feel like playing. Sometimes its for 1 hour, most times its til the im low battery. The GTA6 hype might actually have me finally un-install GTAV for good though. I actually casually play the games i listed above pretty regularly. Ahh it was so fun being e2. Felt nearly untouchable, dont goto roll call drunk, dont be late, do as your ordered cause the e5s and above do look out for ya ...or so it seemed. Anyways there were folks that felt retiring wasnt enough or my generation wouldnt retire until later. Seems they were on to something... i got about over 20 years to go now. | HBOSS 11/08/23 11:55:23 AM #2 | 1st games i played on my steamdeck were the telltale games: the walking dead, back to the future, & wolf among us... while playing those games i was also playing that steamdeck game you can get (forgot what its called). another telltale game i have installed, not played yet is guardians of the galaxy.
Im still playing the back to the future series. I usually play when i travel and if i have the time to take the steam deck out. I too dock it at the hotel & use the tv hdmi with my ps4 controller & bluetooth keyboard (the mobile kind). Yeah i have a small gym bag i use for the mobile accessories i have to lug around the powersupply, hdmi cable, ps4 controller with case, steam deck with case, steam deck dock, and my phones usb c with charger. The great on steam deck list is pretty good. I picked up disco elysium during its price drop. I got kingdom come deliverance, dragons dogma dark arisen, hades, project zombie, tomb raider, just cause series, jedi fallen order (from steam), & resident evil 2 ready to play whenever. Actually got the capcom and sega arcade games installed as well. Ive played laying down and dropped the steamdeck on my face. I've never played any Dragon Age game. Bought Dragon Age: Inquisition like 6 years ago because it was on sale and I heard it was good. And never played even a minute of it. At this point, is it worth playing? Not really a game for a casual gamer is it?I did the same. Bought it on sale. Dragonage inquisition made me check the rest of the dragon age series out. I bought them too as those games went on sale frequently. I casually play dragon age and feel i could pick it up anytime i want. I consider a game not casual being kingdom come deliverance or a dark souls like game. Dragon age inquisition has auto engage if you want to learn the combat system from the back or front line of combat. I believe other streamers felt the same and were forced to play through it until they made a good stopping point and said, enough - theres future updates planned and we are moving on...

That game made me grab morrowind & oblivion. Ive started playing morrowind some time ago and skyrims solstheim mirrors it so far from what ive seen...in a good way. Whenever i beat Morrowind is when id get into Oblivion tbh.
