Felt REALLY good after my workout today so I took this gym selfie. That is 10 years of work, 110 pounds down so far with building muscle. I feel good, I think ESPECIALLY with my upper body I look DAMN good. ^_^

Dude, you've created some massive guns there. Most folks need to do a process that takes years to build muscle like that after the weight loss. You're doing it at the same time. With a muscle base like that you'd probably look very fit at 250 which isn't that far away. From here on out every few pounds you lose are really gonna make a difference in how you look. You should be very very proud.

Well you'll get tingles from it. I personally hate that shit, but some people says it makes them all energized. Thankfully, creatine on its own is relatively cheap. I can never get it to mix right, so I do pill form which is more expensive though.

For anyone interested, I played an hour or so yesterday. It's definitely coming across more like castlevania with a reposte system.

The voice acting is horrifically bad. everyone is supposed to have a disinterested melancholy tone, but its done so bad that it comes across as a third grader reading something out loud for the class. Its not even fun bad since it's often unnecessarily wordy. Reminds me of the big bad guy's speeches in Final Fantasy 16.

I need to see if I can remap controls because on the ps5 they're clunky af. Attack is square. Reposte is R1 and triangle. R2 is your left hand weapon/spell which is displayed on the far left on your item bar on the bottom. Meanwhile L2 is your item which is displayed to the right of that. It's counter intuitive imo. The range on reposte is super small. Like my close range weapons put me too far out of range to use it effectively unless I go out of my way.

Beyond that it's okay enough. All of the weapons I've found are pretty different. The builds seem to work just like BB type games with the stats. I'm just rocking an axe with high str scaling. I've only fought the opening boss which is pretty much just a tutorial. Maybe bosses will be better soon. I'm kind of disappointed that I haven't found any more yet. Currently just several npcs to hint at quests.

Level design is adequate. Lots of hidden rooms even early on and a bunch of things I see that I'll need to return to once I get a tool to use on it. The story hints at a BB type thing happening.

Overall it's fine. I like the genre, but the BB aspects aren't adding much so far.

I started with the Genesis way back in 1990, so no bundle. My grandmother got my brother and I a Genesis game by mistake like the summer before (we had a Master System) and my mom just told us to hang onto it. She bought us a Genesis with Sonic 1 (no bundle) and then we also had Columns.

My workout is typically around an hour. I do a very orthodox push-pull-legs-rest split. Leg day is half that because idgaf if my legs are super strong. I just need them to be okay enough. I usually do extra cardio to fill the rest of the time.

Lucy fun fact: In a lot of episodes you hear a lady say "uh oh" very loudly when hijinks are going down. Your gut reaction would be that it's stock sound. It's actually Lucy's mom who was often in the audience. They did later use her as stock crowd "uh oh" for other shows though simply because I Love Lucy popularized it

I've worked for a few retail places that showed anti union propaganda videos. At the time, their big argument was that if you're in a union then your boss can't show you favoritism.
