Personally, spreading your meals into 300-500 calories each is the way to go. People dont get fat from eating like that, they get fat from gouging 800+ calories a meal multiple times a day

Basically Im really hoping this new Napoleon movie smashes it both critically and popularity wise. Coupled with Oppenheimer, it should be a return to more historical based movies. Id rather see a big budget movie about Nero or Dantes Inferno or some shit over another fucking superhero movie, even if its some historically inaccurate crap like Braveheart. The Boys is arguably the only current media thats worth a flip, maybe peacemaker too but thats about it

I for one hope this signals the end of super hero movies. Theres literally thousands of years of history that have better written stories that can be adapted easier. The only reason why movie studios like super hero movies is because theyre easy to write, film and edit because its all cgi. The only superheroes I even want to see is the fantastic four, and they cant even get that right after 20 years of trying
