Biggest thing you need to worry about is iron, its fairly easy to become anemic, next is to make sure youre getting enough protein.

nobodys diet needs meat, its just meat provides a relatively easy source of nutrients.

my son hates the concept of killing and has been a voluntary vegetarian since he was 3 years old and had an understanding of what meat actually is, so weve been working with his doctor to get a healthy diet going, his doctor really just wanted to make sure he got an iron supplement/multivitamin and ate proteins. Cheese, nuts, yoghurt, tofu etc honestly the world would be much better off if more people decided to eat at the very least less meat.

have you heard about the parasite some ticks now give humans? Its fascinating, but some ticks now can infect humans with a disease that makes them allergic to red meat fascinating really, and there is no cure/no other known negative effects, just if you get it and eat red meat, you get incredibly sick.

Political divisiveness is and always has been terrible. But you're buying too much into the media.

this isnt actually true, it has been pretty bad for over a decade now, but we are at an interesting precipice, while its not necessarily uncharted, it is in danger of repeating some particularly nasty history should the current right wing gain more power.

Meh, personal growth isnt a bad thing. Dont care too much either way, would be more annoyed if it wasnt the creators will, but since it IS, its kinda nice to see, especially since it shows their rethinking of past beliefs. More people should be willing to do such things, and given how little anything actually changed in the images, cant really see getting too upset over it to be honest.

Definitely not. Abortion isnt something anyone wants to have and is sometimes necessary to save the life of the mother, no one receiving the news that they face death or have an abortion needs the government stepping in to oversee such decisions. That privacy, that should b considered a right, is enough to say no, thats just a bad idea.
