TopicDo you hate the other minority religious folks more than the majority? And why?

Is there a better place for them in the afterlife than heaven? Hm hm.

I was wondering if you don't want the best things for other minorities? I just noticed that certain posters receive more flak and gets targeted more than the main minority Christians and majority Christians. Anyway, I don't want to get into another rant and rave like this guy arguing with a religious person on the Berkeley campus:

https://youtu.be/_7EdoT0BtG0

Now I know how the troublemakers feel when they want to see an enemy rant and rave out of the blue. No more. And for the ones that argue that humans should cease to exist like Thanos snapping his fingers. Ah just let God take care of it, lol, jk.

I wouldn't try to leverage the job offer that is offering you a higher salary for leverage unless the company really wants to keep you or sees value in you for the company. Otherwise they'd probably try to fire you later down the line if they grow, but that's just my guess. But it is a smaller company, so they may need people like you. I'd probably say go for it. For me if I do like the smaller company better, nah screw it, I need the money to make purchases for the rooms I want to make, like a fitness room or a game room.

As for being worried about jobs automating themselves out of the market, well...

For accounting departments. Unless all companies are switching to digital data, there are still some functions that require humans to do the task. For instance, companies still like to send their own types of invoices, so unless the intelligent machines are able to pick up data from invoices with 100% accuracy without screwing up orders from all these different looking invoices, or until we get to the age where they have to be given standardized data that is easily readable to them, accountants and bookkeepers that do manual entry or semi-automation through programs like Excel will still be able to keep their jobs without losing too much sleep.

Is this an entry level tech position? If it's at a big firm offering you close to 6 figures than the smaller more personal company, that's a tough one. $71k sounds like something developed business majors would get. Surprisingly CPA Accountants may start with an average salary like that, even some engineering majors depending on where you're at, which is weird cause they develop analytical skills that are still valuable in shaping company policy. It's still valuable to learn basic things like FIFO/LIFO for analysis, as well as estimating book values to get the bottom line balance that's used for decision making.

And I'm not talking about the accounting systems they learn that is also similarly based on algorithms like data structures, FIFO queues or LIFO stacks, or the accounting method from amortized analysis. And even though Computer Science may automate themselves out of the job market, they still obviously can apply the useful skills and knowledge they've learnt to troubleshoot or problem solve in other areas that school has helped them develop.

Eh, not really, I don't really have good rep here so I wouldn't care as much. But, I mean there are some good posters here and there or good people in general however with genuine good intentions. But for the weird posters on this site, they usually try to highlight the bad stuff that they extrapolate from other posters they hate like me(probably cause views like mine don't align with their life experiences) that they try to claim are more true then the good things about a certain posters that they think are untrue that they try to diminish. That's just life with certain weird people, they try to get people to remember the bad things more than the good, well just the bad ones really.

Making wrong assumptions and not thinking things through is also bad, like have they ever thought about poster's career changes later in life? I even knew an apartment manager in person that went back to my local school to get a degree in engineering and graduate at 36, lol.

But yeah, I concur with the other poster, boards like politics left a bad impression on me.

Let me know if you'll write a review for it. Remember the times we had some positive and negative reviews. One would be taking us into the cinematics of the game mentioning the camera panning out as the train drove by. Then another review would mention how FFVII was just trying to pull at our heart strings and whose combat system was partially reminiscent of Lufia 2's limit break attacks. All good valid points. I remember this reviewer rudinruder used to take FFVII serious or any death related sequence serious and not something to be joked about and a lot of people agreed. Now, not so sure, given the attitudes today.

Hey I remember you, didn't you used to write reviews. I thought you wrote rpg reviews before but I guess I'm confusing you with someone else. Anyway interesting, an older poster that hasn't played the FF series or FFVII before.

Is this related to the glowy feeling of reducing global warming by ending humankind...ness? Jk. Well it depends. I'm for global warming but would I risk it for the sake of ending humankind? Well that depends on certain history, and who is more at fault, and who is given a pass that isn't in the face of indiscriminate wrath, well nevermind. But anyway, as far as global warming, you got to let China sell its solar panels in the US here and let them outprice the competition, and not let consumers get their moneys worth by raising Chinese import prices. China is doing its best to reduce pollution by going green. Jk.

Trump is truly inhospitable. He expects people to be hospital towards him and his people without ever giving back, probably one of those guys that watched Seinfeld that one time about Seinfeld being one of the people that are always taking from giving people and it stuck with him since. Instead he is a hostile.

Trump knows no bounds. There are immigrants that contribute to this country, most importantly Trump is a descendent of immigrants. There are immigrants that grow through natural increase rather than immigration like the Mexicans, and those that grow only through immigration like the Chinese. So, if anything he would love bringing in those god loving and bible following people that increase their numbers through births outpacing deaths. He shouldn't be scared about losing votes, especially from the former group. Haha.

Isn't it funny to see how people try to claim other people have a Dunning Krueger effect, yet at the same time they don't apply the same concept to themselves. Like even the posters they're applying it to admit they are sometimes wrong, yet they want them to concede to them being right all the time. How annoying are these people? It's like some gamer that gets into skateboarding and wears brands a poser would wear, and claim they are experts in another field they just got into. Not that they care for such professional fields. Jk.

If I were owner of Gamefaqs, I would actually try my best to enforce the rules given a group's posting history so that there is no mob rule. Gamefaqs is one of those sites where grown men and women try to flame someone indirectly under the nose of moderators(and some moderators are guilty of actually being aware they are allowing it just to moderate the victim), damage someone's reputation by starting rumors and political lies or not reaching out and understanding the arguments, gaslighting as you would call it, so other people, who's brain has been warped by chronic posting and reading on the internet, can get in on the action and flame that guy as well cause they believe what the group said so much about him. Why do they indirectly flame? To get the posters with good intentions to flame them back directly so that they can get moderated. Gamefaqs is just like another video game grown ups play so they can see how many times they can evade the ToS while getting others to get banned indefinitely or permanently. Now I'm not saying there aren't any posters that don't deserve to get banned, but some have been criminalized as the bad guy while the "good" posters have been getting away with all the threats, lies, and doxing. Not sure if doxing is allowed on this site, but sure isn't in places like reddit. It's so that sites don't get traffic and money. Anyway, there would be new enforcements and some kind of fairness to be given to each group, so that no one gets privileges especially those that try to bring in new topics to light. It's so it can steer conservation away from those getting the most spotlight and balance out the kinds of topics out there.
