Not saying you can't be a happy couple. I'm saying the sex can't be that good. Some people are able to cope and enjoy the relationship for what it is even with the sex being mediocre or nonexistent. Sex isn't everything in a relationship. They could love everything else about the relationship.

But I can guarantee their sex sucks, and probably rarely happens at this point because one party is sexually checked out. Eventually that could build up as a form of resentment by one party.
