Dig Dug 2 is super fun, he didn't even try to play it before getting himself killed and quitting. I can't understand what he found so frustrating or offensive about it lol

All commercials that follow this trend of having a short skit of someone acting out and/or saying a terrible joke or pun, and there's one or two characters going at them. They're literally never funny.

He'll always be Mack the Knife in our hearts. I wanted a bunch of kids to google him just to find the (amazing) song instead, RIP.

This feels like the equivalent of a 50 year-old walking into a retirement home and complaining about being old.

Dicey Dungeons.

Have sunk so many hours into this game. Excellent presentation and music, super fun and intuitive gameplay, often goes for like $2 and has received free DLC. Works really well as a portable Switch game to play in small spurts.

Yawgmoth

These two universes are so different that it's hard to judge, but Ramsay could definitely have been even more evil even within the constraints of his universe's rules. Yawgmoth went above and beyond.

TopicWhat would you like to see GameFAQs do to grow going forward?

I'm always surprised when people say the site is dead/dying because every time I google anything regarding a game, I almost always get directed to GameFAQs and find the answer rather easily. Not so much the walkthroughs, though - it's mostly the Answers and the archived message board topics. Text walkthroughs are more difficult to justify these days, unless it's for keeping track of collected items and the like. I'd venture to say the issue is more in building loyalty towards the site and users actually wanting to be part of the community outside of having their specific question resolved.

I'm in the camp of putting Lost Levels dead last because it's a level of difficulty that takes away all enjoyment for me, but I'm simply not the kind to like punishing platformers and avoid them. The other Mario games are very good at knowing how to set the difficulty just right.

It's incredible we can still have topics like this that are just pointless arguments going in circles nearing the year 2024.

Love you guys, hope this board doesn't go anywhere or I'll miss it terribly. <3

TopicWhat are some of your favorite 'bad' Pokemon?
Surskit

Surskit, obviously.

Most of the Pokemon plushies I've bought are for Pokemon I love that are not particularly good in battle. Spinarak, Venomoth, Wailord, Glalie, Sigilyph, Dunsparce, Abomasnow, Regigigas... just to name a few. I actually love Luvdisc because it's such a gloriously useless little troll, too. The new mons I used in Scarlet were picked entirely because their designs appealed to me; I had no idea how viable they'd be going in.

As someone else already mentioned, Pokemon games are easy enough that you can beat the game without a problem with any Pokemon. There's really no reason to only use strong Pokemon.

They were decent games, but let's be honest, the reason they became somewhat notorious was because they were available on the Gamecube at a time when the console was starved for games like it. It will be interesting to revisit them and see if the reappraisal is positive or negative towards them.

They're big spectacles, but they're not the kind of thing that sticks with me afterwards, or that I find particularly memorable. There are more visually striking movies with far more interesting photography and/or art design that I find more enjoyable to watch on the big screen. The universe never really inspired much in me. Pandora feels so bland to me.

To be fair, almost every time I type something specific about a game into Google, I get GameFAQs somewhere in the top results. There's nothing more annoying than having to watch a video with some guy's commentary where I have to manually skip to the 3-minute mark before I actually see what I'm looking for. GameFAQs is far more immediate and efficient in that sense. Sometimes I get a Steam thread instead, which is basically the same thing. Wikis are basically impossible to navigate on mobile; fandom has to have the worst and most obnoxious ads I've ever seen in a site.
