The worst that I have had to deal with on a regular basis is North Charleston. We have some real backwater towns to the north, in the mountains near N.C. I called and got customer service on the phone to find out where the package is, because they took a picture of some random stairwell at my apartment complex. I was told "In the future if you would like the package delivered to your door, please sign up for our premium delivery service."
