I'm also excited to play Turok 3 again. It's not as good as the first two, but I still kinda love it. Level 4 is especially a treat if you just played the other two games. --- Welcome to your Divinity. |

And I just love that you go right from Living Failures straight into another boss. Orphan of Kos is a 10/10 boss too. Hope the pizza cutter stagger helped!

Been itching to play this again already. Probably will a little closer to Christmas. Be about a 2 month wait that way. Also might go back and play NSMBU/NSLU first. I kinda love that game, but this blows it out the water so much it will be interesting to see if it holds up. --- Welcome to your Divinity. |

Needed a break from long games and really enjoyed this one. Definitely an aesthetics game. Reminded me a bit of The Last Guardian, strange companion creature and all! Ending was pretty wild and I enjoyed the amount of optional exploration it offers. Solid 8/10 that's worth playing through on Game Pass. I've moved on to Returnal and I freaking adore this game already. --- Welcome to your Divinity. |

I could probably take him with the tonitrus but i dont wanna be boring and use the same weapon the whole gameOh yeah actually I think I used Tonitrus on him my first playthrough and Holy Blade NG+ One of my problems with these games is the weapon upgrade system requiring so much materials that I'm used to only sticking with one weapon most of the game (not to mention build scaling with weapons). It's especially noticeable in Bloodborne where, as others pointed out, the game has such an awesome array of weapons. Sadly I hardly got to enjoy them until NG+. Most of my farming is just for grinding materials for upgrading. It's one of the things Lies of P improved upon to be honest. They still have the exact same system, but upgrade materials are definitely more plentiful. --- Welcome to your Divinity. |

You can still meet Eileen even if you fail to complete her quest. If you go to the Grand Chapel, where you fought Vicar Amelia, she will be waiting there to fight you. If you complete her quest line, this is where you would normally fight the Bloody Crow of Cainhurst. Yeah I think I had already killed Rom too when I read about that --- Welcome to your Divinity. |

lmao can just hold it out like a chainsaw and run around with it thats SO COOL Yessssss it's so much fun and you're welcome! My first playthrough I used mostly the Tonitrus after I got it. Hilariously, I didn't even know for like half the game that its transformation temporarily powered it up. Just never tried to transform it for some dumb reason! NG+ I alternated between Ludwig's Holy Blade and the Whirlygig Saw. Used mostly the pizza cutter for bosses because its stagger damage is amazing. But once I started leveling up my dex too, the holy blade became ridiculously powerful because it scales well with both that and strength. And non-transformed, it attacks so much faster than the pizza cutter. Which I used really depended on the boss. Good luck on the final boss of the DLC, my friend. I suppose you'll have to beat him before the regular final boss, though honestly I can't remember if the DLC works like the chalice dungeons and saves your progress going to NG+. Even if it does though, not sure you wanna take on DLC final boss on NG+. Pizza cutter makes that boss a lot easier though. And what are your blood gems looking like? --- Welcome to your Divinity. |

increasing your beasthood resistance lowers the amount of meter you get from using a beast blood pellet. this is a negative thing, not a positive thing. beasthood is not a negative status effect that enemies can inflict on you. oh damn, thanks for the correction! specifically the best thing to buy are Blood Rocks because they are the one weapon upgrade material that is a PAIN to get otherwise. even for being as expensive as they are in the Insight Bath, they are still worth that price in my opinion. especially since, when they become available to buy, you'll be wanting to keep your insight near 0 all the time anyway. just to add on to this: yeah, there's literally only one Blood Rock in the whole game otherwise, sans lucking out and getting some in the highest level chalice dungeons --- Welcome to your Divinity. |

| _Blur_ 11/20/23 1:43:32 AM #42 | Whoa I never realized you got new enemies with high insight. I generally kept it high fortunately. But uhhh once you get to a certain area I highly recommend nuking it because frenzy is a bitch there. You'll know when you get there.
Anyway, I just recently played this for the first time too! Think everyone has covered the points I would. I would just add that the missable areas are so very easily missable, but none are permanently missable. So look up a guide before new game plus if you don't find them. They're pretty cool. Also also play the DLC because it's amazing and upgrade your whirlygig saw (pizza cutter!) asap when you find it in the DLC. Best weapon for the insanely hard final boss with its OP stagger. And it's just ridiculously fun Also also also some of the highest level Caryll Runes can only be found in the highest difficulty chalice dungeons. But you can also check the Bloodborne wiki for passcodes to enter for those chalice dungeons so you don't have to stumble upon them randomly. But you do have to have a root chalice for that type of dungeon to be able to search its glyph code Okay one last thing. If you ever want to farm, Lecture Building 1st floor is the perfect place to do so when you get there. Can get a ridiculous amount of Blood Echoes real fast. Even if you don't like farming, still a useful tip if you want to just farm to buy blood vials. You will probably have to buy some for some of the bosses. E: Also high insight does increase one thing: beasthood resistance --- Welcome to your Divinity. |
