I agree this is a dumb tweet, but mostly because it's a weirdly specific brag, just talk about how great the show was and the fans for supporting them... as evidenced by post #2 - all this does is make the WWE fans dig in and defend their fandom.

You don't need to hype up the AEW fanbase through tweets about ratings. Hype us up with good matches and good signings. I only care about ratings in the sense that better ratings will draw more top talent, only advertisers and shareholders should care about ratings beyond that.

I've been saying it for years. He's writing WWE Champions off on his taxes as a business expense, which is illegal because he doesn't cover that for his channel. I hope the tax people figured it out

I think the more likely scenario is that Kat convinced him to cut back on the spending or he realized that he's making less then he has in years and he simply can't afford to be dropping hundreds on Champions every week.
