I always preferred Ash for E Tank from the new class 7. doesn't have the native evasion boost, but at least he gets decent range with his weapon. And really, with how many ways there are to boost evasion, losing the native boost isn't THAT big of a deal.

Fie and well Kurt are great at evasion. It was a lot of fun having both in the party.

How is Kurt a good e tank? Doesn't he only have a range of 1 with his swords? The great thing about Fie (and Sara) is that their weapon doubles as melee and ranged so they can counter from anywhere on the map.

Ye, magic in CS is stupid good. Outside of cheesy nonsense mages are almost universally the best thing you can be doing. Definitely a big improvement to the largely not so good magic from the previous games.

Evasion tank is also stupid OP

While i have issues with quite a bit of CS, one area it knocks it out of the park in is the addition of much needed QoL. Like being able to buy missed items later, and marking side quests on the map.

Most people (including me) still consider the Zero/Azure Dulogy to be the best arc. The gameplay is good. Story and characters are good, and it hasn't leaned all the way into the harem and horny bullshit yet.

This game is so massive with so much to do. I've logged 300+ hours since July, and I'm no where near done yet. About to start Fontaine, but I have plenty of stuff from the other nations I haven't finished yet.

They said that Reverie marks the halfway point, but who knows, they've gone against original plans and expanded so many times. Crossbell duology was never originally supposed to exist, and Cold Steel was only supposed to be 2 games.

Yea, Reverie is basically the Sky 3 of the Cold Steel and Crossbell arcs.

I'm at Act 5 of Sumeru, and so far Inazuma has been my least favorite area. Both in terms of story and in exploration.

I generally prefer Blackjack given the choice, but the AI with the poker is so bad at it. 9 times out of 10 you'll win if you get anything higher than a pair. And most of the time even if you have a pair you'll still win or at least draw.

Fun Fact about chest messages, the reason they exist is because every chest strangely have their own individual programmed messages for how to respond when you check them again, rather than just having one program for every chest.

The reason why this is weird is because chest messages are a localization thing only, so it brings into question: why did the devs give every chest their own programmed message, just for them to all say the same thing, that the chest is empty

It's like writing a paper, and then copy and pasting it 10 times vs writing the same paper 10 times lol

I believe that that's only for the first Sky game. Pretty sure after that the localizers modified the game to allow for that to keep the joke going. That's case with Crossbell for sure.

Run and run well are two different things. Hardware unboxed put out a video not that long ago where they compared a bunch of games running on 16GB vs 8GB and found plenty of instances where the 8GB cards were underperforming relative to what they should be able to do based on the power of the card. Even when performance wasn't significantly impacted, they saw instances of games not being able to load in higher quality textures at close range

I never use those (or fuel in hsr) for gear grinding. Given the rng, seems like such a waste.

It takes a special kind of talent to take the concept of Batman and Superman fighting, and make it painfully boring.

It might be one of the most well paced movies I've seen. Almost 2.5 hours and it doesn't feel it in the slightest.

Didn't he switch his residence to Mar a Lago because Florida has a law you can't lose your residence in a bankruptcy? I remember that being a potential reason that was pointed out when he switched his residence.
