If there is a mouse in my house, I brought it home as snake food. If by some chance a wild mouse got in, it may have picked the most hostile environment possible. What with all the cats, dogs, frogs, lizards, spiders, and snakes that would be happy for the snack.

For the last point, he could have taken the cat back and put it back to his environment. Or he could have done indepth research and plan, in order to have the cat put in some "Shelter"
Putting an animal with a deadly contagious disease back out where it can spread it to other cats is a really bad idea.

It's not bad looking. Probably my favorite of the big star wars kits. But I already had to find room for the Titanic and lion knights castle, so I don't have room for any more absurdly huge lego kits.

I did just build the new insect collection kit and it's fantastic, especially for the price.

It's a really fun build, and it looks great. But it's strictly a display kit. Way too wobbly and fragile to handle.

Just keep the box and put them in it when you move. Or disassemble them vefore the move. I've built this set and it doesn't take long at all to build or take apart.

I really want to buy this but I don't know where to put that my cat wouldn't destroy it :(
A couple weeks ago, my cat managed to launch both my UCS xwing and my space shuttle off their shelves in one go. 4000+ Lego pieces exploded all over my floor and mixed together. Managed to get them rebuilt with no broken parts and only 4 missing parts total. Now I've got big transparent acrylic blockers on both sides of the shelves to keep the cat out.

How long can she live? I honestly have a great fear of spiders, but they fascinate me.
Females can live 15-20 years. Once they are full grown, they usually die in a bad molt, so im pretty happy each time she comes out looking good.

can you put a dollar bill or a quarter by her to show the scale?
I'll try and coax her out for a better size pic later, but she's big enough I keep her in a 3 feet long terrarium.

Holup. Biggest implies there's more than one.

How many do you have, and what type(s)?
This one, a Mexican red knee, a Mexican flameleg, dwarf pumpkin patch, Colombian funnel web, and a regal jumping spider. I've had a few mature out and die recently so my collection is smaller than usual. Fortunately there are two reptile/invert shows within the next month so im going to keep an eye out for some new ones.

I've had this girl 7 years or so. She is a Salmon Pink Birdeater, or Lasiodora parahybana. Not the most colorful species in the hobby, but she's still gorgeous after a molt, and nearly 10 inches in legspan now.

This was the weirdest part for me. The rest of it is uncomfortable, but I had to ask the doctor afterwards "Was that burning smell what I think it was?"
Glad the procedure was a success for you and I hope the rest of your recovery goes smoothly too.

The first fee days are the worst, but it gets better pretty quick after that.

It's been around 2 months since my procedure and the only remaining issue is some haloing around bright lights at night. And that's slowly going away too.

I honestly think replayabilty is irrelevant to whether a game is a "masterpiece."

Most of the games I remember having the biggest impact on me I've only played through once and moved on.

Oddly enough, Monster hunter may be my favorite series. But even though I have put 600+ hours into world/iceborne, I tried recently to start a new character from scratch and almost immediately got bored and quit. Once I've finished a game, I would much rather just play a different game.

I had it done about a month and a half ago. The procedure was quick and mostly painless, but also weird and uncomfortable. First few days were a bit rough and blurry. Now I cam see 20/20 and there is just a small amount of lingering auras around bright lights. And that's slowly growing away too.

It's not completely risk free, but I'm glad I did it.

That's a tough one. I don't really like most species of roach. But I do have a large breeding colony of Dunia roaches for feeding my reptiles/inverts.

There are some really cool looking roaches in the pet industry, but your average pest roach is a big nay.

I started it up on pc this morning. Game runs...ok on my 3080, but it could be better. My main issue is that the hdr is either way way too bright and over saturated, or dim and washed out. If I turn off hdr, the whole game looks dim. I've heard there are alot of hdr issues though, so maybe it will get fixed. Haven't played long enough to say much about the gameplay or story yet.
