These creators who want to get paid from sponsors and have people sign up for patreon. They arent exactly going to tell anyone they are rich from youtube ad revenue to entice people NOT to spend money on them for the "support". But they absolutely are.

It's absolutely more than that. No one would even bother with YT if it was that low. A dollar per million? So 50 million views a day would be 50$ a day. Hell nah, it's probably like 20 thousand dollars a day and thats a very low estimate.

Battery jumpers are cheap and easy as hell to use these days. I have one that airs tires. Has a light, power outlets, and of course the jumper.

Got that too just now. It counted me refreshing a video twice as separate videos, so now I'm down to 1 before it's blocked, and after closing the warning and watching the video, I just closed Youtube entirely. Heard they've been banning people who use Adblock on the site after that warning, and there are unconfirmed reports of the entire Google account being banned, so I'm just not going to go on Youtube anymore.

Where are people actually hearing this from? I haven't been able to find aything about this.

Give shudder a try. They have a lot of good titles and put out some great stuff of their own.

I have Shudder and it is AMAZING. A bit of a let down that it only maxes at 720p though.

The bigger problem is AMC+ annual is actually the same price possibly cheaper and it contains the ENTIRE Shudder library as well as its own along with some IFC bonus. The sad part is they don't have a console app which is why I use Shudder instead. Also their app interface is said to be shit.

Why do people expect to get everything for free? With cable you both had ads and had to pay monthly. Why would you all think anyone should run YouTube for free? Would you? Google is a business and they're in it for a profit. That's simply how the world works. And they do pay their content creators btw. Not a lot, sure, but still better than even the ad revenue.

Another thing I get regularly is when there's two left turning lanes at a light, the car on the right just drives over the line separating the lanes like it's not even there.

I dont even know if they have that here with left turns. We do have double lanes to turn RIGHT at sometimes but its not common. For that very fact mentioned I never take the extra turn lane unless I absolutely need to. Since I am turning right I always take the curb lane because I expect some idiot to drive right into me from the curb lane knowing how oblivious people are I don't expect them to be aware that there IS a double turn. Another pet peeve. People who start "rolling" out in anticipation of you passing them at an intersection/driveway. People always did this but they do it much more aggressively these days. When I see people clearing me by 1 second every single day sometimes multiple times in one trip. I have zero reason to trust you're not ACTUALLY going to pull out into or in front of me.

Same with when my light is green and theirs is red and I see them coming. People are coming damn near full speed until the final few feet before their required to stop. Again, I am supposed to trust you're not a maniac going to blow the light?

What I see the most that pisses me off is when I am approaching an intersection of some sort. The person waiting at the road I am about to pass will nearly ALWAYS make the decision to pull in front of me and head in the opposite direction even if the distance for us to IMPACT was less than 1 second. I look in my rear view and see NO CARS. You just cleared my car by 1 second when you could've waited 5 seconds and done it safely. WHY?

Or they will then pull out in FRONT of me and just act totally oblivious. If I need to lose 50% of my speed to accommodate the fact you pulled out. You're a fucking asshole. Again, no one behind me.

I started up a car and ran it around the block just because it hasn't run in a bit. I encountered only 2 cars. Both idiots. I come up to a yield sign and the guy I am supposed to yield for stops in the middle of the road and acts totally oblivious to what I am doing. WTF are you doing? This isn't a 4way stop theres no sign where you are idiot. The next guy I pass coming out of a drive way I think to myself how much you wanna bet he is going to make the same turn as me? He does of course and then proceeds to ride my ass through a crowded subdivision.

I swear it wasn't this bad over a decade ago.
