I'm caught up with the anime and the manga, but I decided to start watching the anime from the beginning after the Netflix show came out. I'm enjoying it all over again and picking up on more details this time around.

Its so good. I never watched it when I was younger cuz I hated the art, the way some characters look. I was more into DBZ/Naruto, but wow was I wrong. The art is unique, one of my favorite characters so far is Mr Number 2, lol. Im in for a treat.

Yeah, I recently started watching it as well due to the live-action hooking me, and I'm about halfway through Water Seven as well. It's been really fun, though the humor kind of annoys me at times.

I heard the live-action isnt as bad as some were portraying it to be when news was first out. Its been super fun, feels like Im part of the crew. I smh at the humor sometimes lol.

I don't know if I could do that unless I had somebody to watch it with. Pacing issues ruined it for me.

What got me started is theres wip of One Piece being cut down/shorter due to the pacing, appropriately called One Pace. You can see comparison scenes on YouTube to know what I mean.

I'm going to wait for the live action to adapt more content. I tried starting the anime multiple times, but the slow as molasses pacing always made me drop it around the Arlong arc. The live action covered all of that in a much shorter time frame, so I really appreciate the speed they're using. Looking forward to season 2

Yea! As I told the above poster, theres a more cutdown version named One Pace, but its a wip. For example the Arabasta arc they only have 5 episodes complete, but you have to finish watching the rest on wherever it is that you watch anime.

By recently, I mean about 2 months ago. I just started the Water Seven arc. I love it, its fire. All the characters are cool, if I knew how to use the spoiler blocker Id be saying more, but yea Im looking forward to the journey.

I could never beat Super Mario Bros 3 as a kid. Even using the whistle to advance, I could not beat Bowsers levels. I only beat it within the last couple of years and it felt great lol.

It was bad for me when I moved. In 8th grade, my first day was when it was picture day, so all the kids were dressed nice and Im just there in jeans and a shirt. Made no friends, they made fun of my hair, etc. I didnt know it at the time, but I was heavily depressed after moving. My anxiety got so bad that I tried hiding in the bathroom stall and brought my GBA to keep me busy. That didnt work.

A year later, Im a freshman and it only got worse. My brother was embarrassed of me and wanted nothing to do with me. It was awkward cuz he said if anybody asks, were cousinsso when a teacher would ask oh, are you brothers with so and so, Id say no hes my cousin. Just so bad. Embarrassing. Awkward. I skipped classes often, dropped out of a couple periods, I was not having a good time and was so disinterested in school. I dropped out in 11th grade, got a job and never looked back.
