Only times I went there was when people linked me to threads there, which was usually either a repost of news from elsewhere, or someone trying to get me to care about someone there losing it over some anime titties beyond "wow it sure is absurd seeing someone get so worked up over something so inconsequential", which I can also say about the people elsewhere flipping out over the color of a character's skin.

Never had problems finding news for the games I care about without it.

With Neogaf, it was centralized. Also you get a lot of insider information from techies and developers. Not to mention the dedicated game OT threads were really well made.

Honestly, I was looking forward to the phone, as I like the idea of having a phone designed and developed by Google for use with Google software. I could live with the removal of a headphone jack or the lack of an SD card slot, but not both.

Guess I'll just grab the S9 when that comes out.

Don't bet on it.. The way the phone sare trending right now, it will lose one or both...

Wtf lol my wired headset offers better sound quality than any wireless bullshit I've tested so far. And a great significant portion of the population don't have unlimited because it's perceived that people don't usually use more than a certain amount of data per month.

I'd want to upgrade my smartphone without feeling like it's a significant downgrade

you could still use your wired headset with a headphone jack..But it has to be attached to a cable that has a usb c end on the other end.
