It looked like they were using the siding to funnel the zombies in but in the end it just seemed more for cover since they drove away after luring the hoard in.

That's the first thing I thought but they didn't actually use them to herd the zombies. Which is why I was confused by it.

Came in to say this. While Nero was a bad guy in the sense that he was a Roman emperor and as such used violence and slave labor to rule over others. However the big thing he gets called out for was the burning of Rome. The evidence we have doesn't prove he actually did it and more then likely was an accident. In fact after the fire burnt most of the city down he spent a great deal of his own personal wealth to feed and house the citizens of Rome while he rebuilt the city at his own personal expense.
If any Roman emperor should be on this list it should be Caligula. That guy was insane to the tenth degree. I mean the dude would invite the heads of noble houses to his palace and rape the wife's of the men in front of the entire party. Then he'd critique the wives performance to the husbands. He was so so hated that he died by insulting the size of a generals manhood. The general was so angry he chased him down and killed him while onlookers did nothing. Or so I vaguely remember.

But seriously I favor pro choice. I believe if the woman wants to get an abortion she has that right. I also believe that the man shouldn't have the right to make the woman get an abortion because as a medical procedure it can have complications. I do however believe that if the man wants to disavow the baby before the birth he should have that right instead demanding an abortion. The woman shouldn't have the ability to shackle a man by giving birth to a baby he doesn't want.

I'm actually watching IT right now. It's good so far but certainly not a scary film. It's better then the mini series however Tim Curry definitely played a better Pennywise. The new IT is all scary clown where as Tim Curry did a better silly but scary clown.

The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. Terrible graphics and clunky controls. It also feels like a rushed half finished game. (which it is) However in my opinion it's still the best single player zombie game I've ever played.
A more recent game that's fun but seriously flawed is Crossout. The concept for the game is great and the level of customization for your vehicles is awesome. However the grind is neigh impossible to get upgrades making the game fall into a pay to win.

What is there to notice? Video games can act as a part of expression just like any book or movie. One reason why game design is not as vaulted as the other arts is because in the past they were not branded by those who made the games. We don't know who designed Chess or checkers or a lot of the old abstracts. Even classic card games like Hearts or Spades, we don't know who designed them. They just happened. Therefore there wasn't much celebration in those achievements by anonymous people.' To just be like "games can't teach you things or make you feel anything and leave you with nothing to share to the world" is a just a stupid statement for Ebert and others to make.

I take it you didn't see the part of TCs statement that I bolded out. So I'll crop it for you.

If I had spent those hours instead watching 2000 films or 500 books, I would have become more cultured and way more interesting and nuanced of a person to talk to.

I can't help but to agree. Especially for games that you can sink thousands of hours into with no actual ending such DotA, League(I have over 4000 hours in this game and was basically addicted to from 2010-2015), WoW, etc. You have basically sunk thousands of hours into a worthless skill and have looked at the same map, the same characters, the same repetitive task to the point where you've been basically working a job for free without producing anything for society. And what do you gain from it? If I had spent those hours instead watching 2000 films or 500 books, I would have become more cultured and way more interesting and nuanced of a person to talk to.

Go ahead, rationalize away fellas.

It was ok. Definitely the best DC movie do far. I think my main problem with it was I'm not a big DC fan and I'm kinda burnt out on superhero movies.

Y'all missed the point. The point wasn't graphic design or make the magazine look better. It was based on the content that they were spilling. Instead of focusing on looks and boyfriends, it focuses on education and advancing your career. The graphic designer was saying what the magazine should be about, not what it looks like.

I get what you're saying but I respectfully disagree with the idea. Magazines of this nature are designed for entertainment and not education. The reason for that is because entertainment sells better then educational material. Take video games for instance. Video games would be better suited for educational purposes over entertainment. However very few people would want to play tax break simulator over call of duty.
