I gave up on Tri after roughly 130 hours once I got bored of killing the same things over and over and over again just to fail to get the drop I need. The game reminded me of Diablo 2 with the grinding, but it was MUCH slower. With improved drop rates and other means of getting rare items, I should be able to get quality equipment in a much shorter period of time.
