Honestly I only ever liked the pig fucking episode and the one about cyber-lesbians. The rest just seem like they were written by old people who think Facebook is watching them. We've been inundated with "technology is evil" sci-fi for 15 years and this show doesn't do anything new with it.

Reminder that literally nothing in the EU was ever canon. Lucas just didn't really care about it as long as it didn't step on his toes. There's no loose canon, or some of it was canon, or whatever you liked was canon. The only things ever canon outside the movies were The Force Unleashed and the Clone Wars cartoon. Disney just clarified the canon when they bought it and I think the only thing decanonized was TFU because the second game blew.

That means there is no need. They effectively mean the same thing since most people are in the Xbox or Playstation camp rather than the console or PC camp. If something is Xbox and PC exclusive the Xbox part is the only one that matters.

What the fuck? What you're saying is agreeing with what I said.

We both agree the PC part is irrelevant, but you're saying that means you should distinguish between console exclusive and exclusive. At least that's how I read it. If something is Xbox exclusive or Xbox and PC exclusive it means the same thing; it's not coming to PlayStation and that's all anyone cares about.

^Not really though. Microsoft just happened to announce their console first and stuck their whole foot in their mouth. The PS4 just slipped in afterwards and said "Hey, we didn't fuck anything up this gen" and rode the wave in. The PS4 itself is nothing to write home about. Once Microsoft took back all the stupid shit they announced at first there was really no reason to keep railing on them. Since then they've been fighting hard this gen while Sony sat back and continued to be okay.

Yeah, I'm with Darmik on this one. If you don't already have a PS4 you're not going to care about missing any of that Naruto crap. I don't even know what Dreams is but it looks pretty odd; definitely not a tentpole. Shadow of the Colossus; if you haven't played this 10 year old game by now you probably aren't going to. Days Gone is a generic poster child for cinematic Playstation games, with zombies to boot. Detroit? LOL David Cage. DMC probably won't be exclusive but if it is it's a fairly niche game that most people won't miss. God of War is cool but it's obliviously deeply rooted in Sony and it's going for a more characteristic Playstation cinematic feel as well. That just leaves Spider-Man which looks a lot like every other Spider-man game but more cinematic.

There's really not much to offer someone who isn't already very much invested in a PS4. They're all either sequels, Sony-centric developers, or have a Playstation "feel" to them.

My xbox plays games just fine and I wouldn't buy a whole new console just for a handful of exclusives I have little interest in to begin with. If I suddenly acquired a large amount of spare cash I might consider it but I would still feel kind of dumb.

If it's something that changes the way the game plays then it should be fixed. If it's just a random powerful weapon like that sniper rifle they nerfed in New Vegas or something like the ogma infinium glitch that people can exploit just let them use it; it's their game to play.

My only problem was the cast and Iron Man stuff you talked about. Race swapping usually makes my vagina a little sandy but changing pretty much every supporting characters race and also changing most of their actual characterizations is super obnoxious. I'm hoping they can salvage some of them later on. Same with Iron Mans suit. I'm hoping after the fallout of Infinity War he's either dead or Spider-Man wants to do his own thing and makes his own suit without all the tech.

I agree about the radical Drax shift in character, I don't know if that's more accurate to the comics but it seemed really weird that they made him straight up comic relief instead of more of the "straight man" for lack of a better term like he was in the first movie.

In the comics he's pretty much just a brick. A big strong not-Hulk with no real personality. He only wants to kill Thanos. After that I don't know what he wants. It's cool that they tried to give him a personality but that is not the one I would have chosen for him.

It's strengths were its weaknesses. It just turned the first movie up to 11. More jokes which means more fell flat. Some of the characters were almost caricatures of what they were in the previous movie. The main plot beats and action were great but all the fixings were a bit too much. I don't really know how to feel about it or Thor Ragnarok for the same reasons.

They literally do. Good topsoil slowly drains water so it doesn't flood and it sifts pollutants out so they don't go into the ground water. Grass helps stop loose topsoil and other pollutants from running into surface water and drains.
