Not nearly as targeted as it probably ought to be. I don't have ready access to a gym or a great deal of equipment, so I do mostly bodyweight stuff. Basically I do as many push-ups as I can day 1, as many chin-ups as I can day 2, cardio day 3, various curls day 4, various presses day 5, cardio day 6. Off day 7, or mixed in somewhere in the middle depending on circumstances. Treadmill, exercise bike, jump rope, and shadow boxing for my cardio. Probably in the 'babby's first routine' territory because I don't really know what I'm doing, but it seems to be working okay for me so far. I feel good, anyway.

I sat on my ass for a couple years. I only got up to like 150-155, but it was a bad, out-of-shape 150-155. My first time on a treadmill I did 2.25 miles in 30 minutes. After a little over a year of doing it once a week I got up to 7.5-7.75 miles in an hour. Nothing terribly special, but I was amazed at how much more energy I had. It felt pretty amazing, and I was hooked. I'd post progress pics of my body, but I think that would be a little too racy. Suffice to say that I feel much better there too.

Cool. Working out is really therapeutic for me, tracking my progress and feeling like I'm getting a little better every day. Took me years to really get into it consistently, but I'm glad I stuck with it. Good luck.

Never really tried a beard before because it grows really slowly and IMO it makes me look even uglier. It's so sparse and a weird red that doesn't go well with my (really) white skin, but I wish I could rock one. Leaning toward abandoning the experiment. What do?

'Bisexual' seems redundant as far as I can tell, but I don't see what's wrong with the rest of it. She's trans, generally prefers those who identify as male but won't dismiss any orientation, and is probably seeking a romantic relationship over a sexual one. And coding it that way weeds out a bunch of people she probably wouldn't be interested in.

Invite a few and make it a competition. Be confident enough and they will wonder What's this guy got that makes him the prize? Then their natural competitiveness will kick in and it'll be quite the show.

I don't know if I can back it up, though. My biceps are only like 13" :(. Need to train with Harpie's fianc tbh.

Yes it is. I guess I should be happy about it, but I tend to subsume my identity into my work. I just feel directionless now. Trying to use it to get serious about working out, but that can only take up so much of the day.

Yeah, I get basically a paid vacation. It's really not too bad a deal for me, I just suck and have nothing to spend that free time on.

You say that but there are people who actually don't go to restaurants when their favorite server is gone. There are restaurants who would lose BUSINESS because the server is gone.

Reminds me of a time when one of our servers quit with no notice whatsoever and we threw a prep cook out there to the wolves. Literally had people walking out, and people turning around in the doorway when they saw she was working. Bloodbath. Much respect for a good, efficient server.
