It has become of the utmost urgency to compensate for the massive toxic turd the "old" CE chat has turned into, riddled with massive racists, rabid antisemites and angsty people spouting vulgarities, hate speech and drivel in general, under the complacent eye of incompetent or careless sell-out admins.

As such, after pondering the ins and outs, I determined that the CE chat badly needs something to levitate its quality and welcome better quality users and laid back people.
