Yes, I do. I've never used it, nor do I have any desire to, but there's really no good reason for it to be illegal; Even from a recreational standpoint. Sessions needs to piss off with his crusade. Not only is he wrong, but his position is literally the opposite of most Conservatives. We want less federal government and stronger State's rights. The only people that care about weed are old people, and that's because throughout their entire life, marijuana has been demonized and used as a fear tactic.

I am conservative and a former law enforcement officer. I support the legalization of marijuana. I honestly dont see any viable purpose for it to be illegal. It creates more work for law enforcement and it devastates offenders that are caught with it. Marijuana does no real harm to society outside of the simple fact of its illegal status.

So out of curiosity, how many domestic disputes did you encounter with people high on weed? Now how many with people drunk on alcohol?

Pablo Garcia, 23, was pulled over by Chicago police on Lake Shore Drive on New Year's eve afternoon for reportedly driving with his car's interior light on for too long.

I've literally never heard of someone being pulled over for having their interior light on for too long, much less on at all. First off, is that actually a law in Illinois? Secondly, how long, exactly, is "too long"? If there's no law in Illinois that says anything about interior lights, then the traffic stop is invalid and all charges would be thrown out. Furthermore, if an officer punched the guy in the face without issuing verbal commands to exit the vehicle, then that is assault.

This story is beyond bizarre, and I can't help but feel that there's way more to it than what is reported. Also, link to the story?

Vice actually has a really good documentary on Japan's suicide forest on YouTube. Vice is yucky, I know, but this one was very well put together, and follows a volunteer that frequents the forest to look for people, both alive and dead. It has a somber tone to it, but there's something really inspirational about the kindness the man in the video exudes, especially dealing with such macabre material. Definitely worth a watch instead of the Logan Paul clown.

Meh. It's fun at first, but has a lot of half-baked mechanics, uninteresting characters, bad pacing where they tease you with bits and pieces of story up until the very end of the game before they actually get into anything really meaningful, and same-y repetitive missions that come with what you'd expect from any open world game. It's not a bad game, it's just really uninspired as far as mechanics go. The setting is cool and it's a great looking game. It's worth a play through.

I can appreciate a new gimmick account, especially when you get a lot of people responding seriously. You just need to master the art of subtlety; that's what makes or breaks gimmick accounts. Just have to walk that fine line where people think, "Wow, this guy might actually be serious", and then you got them.

My advice for a balanced game that's fun and challenging.

*Don't use skills to grind and permanently raise your bravery and faith.

*Don't use blade grasp on every character. And especially don't use blade grasp in conjunction with grinded 97 bravery.

*Don't use Orlandu. Seriously, just don't.

Keep in mind these three things and you will have a great experience that is not only fun, but rewarding as well. The game is very well balanced outside of the 3 aforementioned problems.

Yes they do. You should look up how a computer handles erasing data. Deleting something won't immediately erase it, but it will eventually get overwritten. Plus, you can always wipe your free space.

For beginner stuff, you should just focus on chords, scales, strumming, and even some easy songs. Chords and scales are the easy part. You can google them and find all the correct fingerings. For strumming, use a metronome and try to keep in time. Put it at a speed you feel comfortable with. Practice strumming only using down strokes, and then try it using alternating strokes. It's all about repetition. You're not going to learn full songs right away and it's going to take a while. But the more time you put into actually sitting down and practicing, the better you'll get.

Every once in a while, Allen purges the list of defunct names. So you could technically get the same username again, but it will probably be a while before that happens. Names that have submissions (ie FAQs, etc) are never purged, from what I understand.

I mean, you can make one character a non-combat skill monkey with 10 intelligence and 10 charisma, but generally it's just easier to spread the points around throughout the team.

Intelligence should only have 3 values: 1, 4, 10 (or 9, forget which). Any points in between those are wasted.

An intelligence of 1, 4, 8, 10, gives you 2, 3, 4, 5 skill points per level up, respectively.

Only ones I have played are PoE, Wasteland 2, and Mankind Divided. PoE and Wasteland 2 are both fantastic. MD wasn't nearly as good as HR, but it was decent.

This. I'm not opposed to it, per se, but it's really not necessary. The overwhelming and vast majority of police officers will never fire their gun in the line of duty. From a statistical standpoint, the cost likely wouldn't outweigh the benefit. But if a department wants to spring for outfitting their employees with suppressors with their allotted funds, then more power to them.

Suppressors should already be legal in the US. The idea that people will start committing more crimes because a gun shot is reduced in sound, is quite frankly laughable.

Maybe. I was in the same boat, but after an hour of Shadow of Mordor, I was wondering why I wasn't just playing an Arkham game instead. The combat in Shadow of Mordor isn't nearly as varied as the Arkham games (well maybe Asylum).

@fire_bolt Pretty sure it's just the default option. You can select to not install it when you run the installer. I'm also fairly sure that you can just re-run the installer to deselect it, as long as you start a new game afterwards. No need to reinstall the game and such.

Tag - Small Guns, Speech, Energy Weapons (or tag energy weapons at level 12 and pick any 3rd tag you want skill when starting out)

Disable YAAM. It's broken. Makes the game way harder IIRC, it also doesn't function exactly how it's intended, and overall is more of a reworking of the ammo damage system, rather than a rebalance. Just use the default system for ammo; It's fine for regular gameplay even if AP is broken.
