They are bound to the character you open them with, but there's a rare override item that lets you reassign them to a different character. I've only seen one override so far though, they're apparently really hard to come by.

Yeah I'm at about the same ratio. 2 rares cores, ~25 commons, and I've gotten one rare blade.

I tried Xenoblade in handheld mode this morning. It looks awful. Performance was fine but anything in motion just looks like a muddy mess. Its playable, but Id definitely avoid it if at all possible.

Its been generally fine for me until this instance.

I do wish there was a better way to open up the fast travel map of the area youre in, rather than having to sort through which Titan youre on and which area of the Titan youre on. It would be a lot more convenient if X just opened straight to the spot youre at.

Put in around 10 hours or so of Xenoblade this weekend. I actually like most of the characters so far, questionable design decisions notwithstanding. Some of these voices are rough though.

Im enjoying the game so far. The amount of systems they throw at you in the first couple hours is a bit overwhelming, but I think its all fairly easy to pick up. Its still not hitting me quite like Xenoblade 1 did though. Which I guess is a tall order, but so far XB2 isnt a top 10 all-time game the way the first one was.
