Eat less, balance your macros. I only rarely hit the gym and I lost 40 pounds this year (190s to low 150s) doing that. Eventually you want to start exercising more, being slim and fit is good, being scrawny is not.

Seriously don't neglect balancing macros though, protein deficiency is fucking miserable. I tried to cut things down to toast and a salad each day. It wasn't pleasant.

The sad part is this trick works. Say you want to take away [insert freedom here] to prevent [insert bad thing here]. Then say anyone in favor of [freedom] must support [bad thing]. Repeat with a different freedom and a different bad thing until you have a full-fledged dystopia. The two don't even have to actually be connected as long as you can bullshit your way from one to the other.

That way you'll think about the distances between places and manage your in-game time effectively while still respecting IRL time.

This would completely ruin the fuck around and have fun element of Bethesda games.

You'll also get tons of people bitching about Time Management ala Majoras Mask.

Then just have a postgame where the threat is gone and you can do whatever you want.

I can't tell if you're trolling or really that dumb. The vast majority of the universe is empty space. It's why they fucking call it space. In some places (galactic filaments), there's enough stuff to form complex things, but the vast majority of those things are anything but orderly.

A better analogy is it's like asking what's north of the north pole. Time, by definition, is the direction of increasing entropy. The beginning is 0 entropy, a singularity. The end is complete entropy, a uniform field of nothing that results after the heat death of the universe, and time becomes meaningless as at that point everything is static. Unless there's such a thing as negative entropy, "before the Big Bang" is a meaningless thing to refer to.
