stop being so short sighted. Even if there is no short term solution, tighter regulations or whatever will eventually cause the amount of guns in circulation drop.They can break, you can find a variety of ways to make demand for guns decrease.

Even if it takes decades...eventually you might solve the problem. Changing Americas crazy ass gun culture can't happen from one day to the next. But every generation of children that doesn't grow up believing that guns are toys that can be bought at Walmart, will be a generation of kids that won't be as interested in having a gun. Which will in turn lead to less guns in circulation...it will just take time.

The vegan healing stuff seems hokey and fake. I did a lot of research and I don't think it's totally out to lunch now. My doctor told me they do prescribe plant based diets to reverse coronary artery disease. How effective this is relies entirely on how company the patient is in their diet. People that stick with it can actually get off of some medication that is otherwise required for life (statins). It's very interesting.

my sis was diagnosed with breast cancer and the doctors told her she needs to get on a plant based diet as well. Which is saying a lot. She beat it thankfully (not saying she beat it only because of the diet though obviously.)

I'm German but I don't think guns should be completely banned. They aren't here either...shooting is a sport after all, and hunters need guns too.

I just don't think you should be able to walk into a walmart and walk out with a gun. It just needs to be expensive and hard as hell to get one. Like most permits for things are. if you consider yourself a responsible gun owner, you should have to prove it.

Something about puss being in milk and tumors being thrown in with meat products. That kinda left a nasty taste in my mouth and made me cut back out meat a lot. It really wasn't a problem either, I love sports and consider myself healthy and athletic and I don't want to fuel my body with junk.

na just speculation. I'm always a bit skeptical of documentaries like this...I remember them saying eating an egg is as bad for you as smoking a cig or something iirc. When I hear stuff like that, alarm bells kinda go off in my head.

My girlfriend is vegan and I have been eating a lot less meat since I met her. I can't call myself vegan or even vegitarian though. I go along with it mostly for the health benifits though. I can't pretend to suddenly care about the poor little animals, I was aware of their crappy situations before I met my gf.
I mean, I'm not gonna stop buying Iphones because poor little asian kids put them together in horrible conditions for next to nothing. So I won't be a hypocrite.

There are plenty of great meat substitutes out there though. It's easy to eat good vegan food....the impossible burger is insane, I recommend you guys try it. It tastes 1 to 1 like meat.

Whenever I watch American News, it feels more like they are trying to be entertaining than anything else.
Seems like it's more important to them to get viewers than it is to inform and report the news.
