Seriously, you can't have a friendly discussion on that board, at all. Not to mention, it's infested with alts. That board's one of the worst gaming boards on the site.

IP banning is an imprecise practice, as to make it effective would be to ban a segment of the world from accessing your website, and there are ways around it for the habitual trolls. Unfortunately, being proactive in these situations would hurt more than just the person we're taking action against. That's unfortunate. It's sad to think that someone would spend most of their time making alts just to troll a board and the game system it's dedicated to.
