I don't see what the problem is. Why exactly are they idiots because they are excited about the first MCU movie that has a predominately black cast, crew, and director? Doesn't bother me a bit. *shrug*

I don't remember what lavender did in book 6.

I thought it was great. Had a sympathetic bad guy and good story. Don't understand why people are upset over the mainly black cast and so called "Political correctness" b.s... Just seems like a bunch of butthurt babies imho.

Gonna see it in an hour. Can't wait. Sounds like it added a lot more emotion and depth than other marvel movies.

Probably because insanity is only really a legal term. Mentally ill people such as those who are schizophrenic, schizoaffective, or some other disorder with psychotic features aren't necessarily dangerous. When the legal system is talking about someone who is insane, they mean that they were basically not in their right mind and thus not legally responsible for their actions. Of course it's extremely hard to prove. People have pretended to have Dissociative Identity Disorder just to get a lighter sentence. Psychopaths really just have a personality disorder which are largely untreatable unlike mental illness.

I can do plenty. Shoulders have always been a strong point for me and I'm short and light.

I honestly don't even change my diet much when I go to the gym. I don't consume much sugar anyway and I don't crave sodas if I'm working out consistently.

Hip Hop has always been my favorite genre. Metal is cool too though. Most good hip hop is underground but there are some decent popular artists bringing it back to the mainstream.

Uhhh no. I like how the argument you guys have is "you would do the same thing." I've had a guy grope me before and all I said was "sorry man I don't swing that way..." He said "oh my bad" kinda awkwardly and we went our separate ways. I think it woulda been justifiable if I pushed him out of anger but i didn't even do that. I didn't feel threatened in any way and I'm usually pretty chill. Now I understand it is a little different for a female because it's easier to feel threatened or intimidated by a guy who might be much bigger than you but I don't think beating the s*** out of someone is the answer unless that person REALLY was pushing themselves onto you and being a threat. I'm still not defending random guys who grope people though. It's creepy and wrong.

faramir I think you're missing the main issue that pretty much everyone else here has with this case. Legality doesn't necessarily mean that something is right or wrong from a moral standpoint. It just doesn't seem right that someone will do jail time when they've done something that has not harmed anyone in any way. The specific law that you're talking about was probably put in place to prevent other conceivably bad situations that would happen if it was not there. Though that does not mean that the law is perfect. This is a situation where it should probably be reevaluated and have some amendment made to it.
