Just know that 40 is the soft cap for the 4 offense stats (str, dex, faith, and int). I'd say focus on two of those depending on what build you want to go for. If you're content with just a melee "quality" build, pump str and dex. No matter what build you're going for, just know that there is a covenant you can use a bit later that lets you reallocate your stats, but you will lose out on an NPC's sidequest unless you clear that sidequest before joining the covenant.

They might've refined their individual bending styles after those respective animals (and the moon) after the lion turtles stopped being cities for the humans.

All of mine were impacted, but they put me to sleep for it. It's not as bad as you might think, but there's a dull pain for a couple days after, and eating's annoying for a week or two. Just make sure to keep food out of the gum holes, because you'll get an infection if the gums seal up with stuff still inside.

I hope they make a Switch port, and it gets more attention. Super underrated game.

It may have been a while since I read the books, but I never considered Olaf as competent, rather that the majority of the adults in the story are stupid enough for him to get by. He keeps losing against children after all. A lot of the series' humor also tends to rely on how absurd some of the plot elements are, so I didn't think the Netflix version was too far off the mark with how the story's represented.

The Netflix version does move around a few plot threads, but I would honestly just keep pressing on, and a few of your gripes might be addressed. I don't think it's a perfect adaptation, but I'm still interested in seeing more.

It should also be noted that Vegeta married into the richest family in the world, and doesn't have a job.

Glad you're enjoying it. Try not to burn yourself on sidequests; they're the worst part of the game, but a few are worth doing IIRC. Luckily that issue is fixed a bit in Xenoblade X if you ever get around to it.

Kurapika needs Emperor Time to do anything substantial. The only real Spider-only ability he has is Chain Jail, with everything else of importance being more or less tied to Emperor Time. He can't just keep using Emperor Time because (manga spoilers for the condition) every second it's activated is an hour off his lifespan.

Keijo is amazing, but Kaiji isn't a bad choice at all either.

I think might also helps your magic damage, but either way ciphers get charge for their abilities in battle by doing damage with your regular weapon as well.

I made a wood elf cipher I believe, but either way I'd recommend getting might to 18 along with int and dex. Maybe shave points off of resolve, but it's your call.

If you are going to use blunderbusses, you can make a mad dash for the Lead Spitter in Dyrford and get a really good one as early as level 4.
