It always makes me feel even worse that I'm contemplating taking him to get put down, even though logically I really should because goddammit, even if he does get "better" it's only gonna be for like, a month. | Pokegirl 04/22/16 9:52:09 PM #296 | Man...the title of this topic is just making me think how old my kitty is. He's like, seriously gonna be 20 years old if he lives through to the summer. He's mostly blind, stone deaf, very much hobbled (he had a stroke last year that left his back legs mostly paralyzed), missing most of his teeth...and yet he still stubbornly refuses to kick off. Like, he somehow realizes that it's gonna make me bawl when he does die, and refuses to give in, not realizing that the longer he stays on the harder it's gonna be.
