Y'know I don't even believe Trump himself is actually guilty (can't say the much about his cronies though), but the way he's been spilling his spaghetti over this, probably due to the result of him thinking that everyone was gonna kiss his ass once he became President, is all the more amusing and karmatic.

It's a pretty good read. Essentially, school zones have been widened to include vast areas, often in communities of color. The opposite is true in whiter communities. It's being used inappropriately to jack up sentences. Most times, arrests don't involve children in anyway. It's manufactured leverage, often being used to get criminals of color to accept plea deals, further feeding the prison industrial complex

That's to do with their caste system, where darker skins are more likely to be in the untouchable/lower caste(s).

Classic Sonic definitely had levels designed against the idea of going fast. Marble Zone comes to mind.

Yeah, Classic Sonic was never purely about speed but more about control and momentum, which I'm going to assume why it seems like everyone has so much trouble with water levels.
