Play them in order. I think Bayonetta 2 is a bit better, but both are amazing games.

Bayonetta is very much in the same vein as something like Barabarella. She's a heavily sexualized character, but by no means is the game misogynistic.

Think you really need to watch it again if you really believe what you're saying. Even without the dialogue, a lot can be said in a stare. It's a subtle movie, yes, but that certainly doesn't mean it's a bad one.

They've really cut back on them over the past few years, so I'm not that surprised. I remember about 10 years ago though, they used to be the best place to buy them, they'd have just as many rows of CDs as they did movies.

Nope. Best way I've got is to get one of those lap desks and make sure you're using a mouse, but even then it's a lot more work than sitting down at a real desk.

I don't think that it is because I've seen it being mentioned that some are free with Amazon Prime and others are free with Comixology, and Prime loves to get you to try add on "channels" for their streaming stuff too.

I just finished Skim not too long ago. If you're into stories with strong female protagonists, it's well worth a go. It's a comic though, as long as that's okay with you.

They had great casting for the villain, though. That guy's eyes are nightmare fuel.

He was good, but his situation was completely unbelievable. Kills people as a kid, gets locked away for years and years, comes back, kills his family, and somehow the house manages to get sold without anyone ever checking up on this murderous mental patient who used to be living there. Also, he knows how to drive a car even though he'd been locked away since he was a child.

I LIKE the movie, but everything involving his character is kind of poorly written.

A 9/10 is a pretty fair score for Celeste, assuming that's what this topic is about. Also, AAA games nearly always have inflated scores. I'm not going to say that indie games can't do the same, it seems like many of the "games as art" or heavily story focused walking sims get better scores than they deserve, but rarely is it the case when an indie pure platformer comes along and gets 9s and 10s across the board.

Having seen very little of all of them and nothing of Discovery, I'm just going to go ahead and say Discovery is the worst one because everything I've read about it sounds just terrible. I'm sure Tarantino's Star Trek movie will still be worse though. I don't understand how Star Trek fell into this overly dark and gritty territory. I guess maybe it was Mass Effect, which by the second game just felt like a grimdark Star Trek.
