Episode 7: Alderaan gets remade, Leia goes to a remade planet banquet on it and Snoke blows it up with the force. This starts another war between the Empire and the Rebels. In response to Snoke blowing up a planet with the Force, Luke uses the light side to drift a sun into a small planet filled with Snoke horcruxes. Horrified by the destruction, the entire galaxy condemns Snoke and Luke and every nation votes that they should be executed but obviously no one can touch those two so its a moot point.

The Rebels send Rey to Snoke to negotiate a peace treaty and Snoke bangs Rey. Similarly, the Empire sends Mara Jada to Luke and Luke bangs Mara Jade. In a better place, Luke and Snoke announce that all their future conflicts will not involve planets and civilians and will instead occur on Final Destination, a small flat planet with no items. This is where the first film leaves off.

So I assume you all will be rooting for the Patriots from here on out?

Unsurprisingly the Fox News article provides very little details that explain what actually happened. It still seems crazy and worth fighting but there is some logic to what is going on.

The issue is that for a period of time in 2003 after she said he was the father in court, in which he didn't appear, they garnished his pay check in the amount $50 for a few checks and he didn't dispute it.

The time line is like this:
The GF said he was the father prior to 2003.
The court took money from him as if he was the father in 2003.
He never contested it which for these purposes is like agreeing to a contract.
The money stopped coming from his check but the amount owed continued to accrue.
They someone figure out he owes all this money and are now trying to collect.
He contests paternity now and finds out he isn't the biological dad.
He now has to try to fight his acceptance of being the father back in 2003.

For example, if he said he was the father in court and agreed to make the payments back in 2003 and then stopped they would continue to grow and he would owe them even if later on they find out he isn't the father because he agreed. Its the same concept except they are basing his agreement on not fighting the garnishment of his check (which is stupid IMO). But its really about not putting your head in the sand and avoiding responsibility.

Its like if your employer messes up and gives you more money in your pay check a few times and then realizes it at the end of the year. You owe that money and they can sue you for stealing it because you didn't speak up and not accept it.

If coffee is brewed at 180-195, and you're served one that's 160, that means it was sitting in the pot for X minutes to cool 20~ degrees.

Not exactly freshly brewed.

So back when I lived with my mom, so up til 2 years ago and going back like 3-4 years from then, there was a taco bell where a lesbian shift or general manager had a crush on my mom. She'd give us a discount or free drink so sometimes when my mom was picking me up from work I'd convince her to go in and I'd force her to put on lipstick in the car before heading in. xD My mom is in shape and has one of those sweet personality types where you can't tell if she is flirting or not unless you know her idiosyncrasies.

Also when I had that job, for like 3 years some friends left the grocery store to work at the Popeye's across the street and if one was on the register they'd either upgrade my drink to a large for free, or throw in extra chicken strips. Getting a 5 piece for the price of a 3 piece and an overstuffed bag thing of their fries? So darn amazing.

I also ordered a bunch of pizza and tipped $2-3 each time so every month or two the guy or girl delivering would throw in a free 2-liter.

Only cool story I've had since moving to Portland 2 years ago was the other week when I got an extra 10 piece nugget box in my meal at McDonalds when I ordered the 10 piece meal.

I just have to point this out on USS Callister. those are not real people in the infinity program! They're simulations. Idk how truly evil Daly could be considered. He was torturing video game characters. Your not labeled a murderer if you rock at Call of Duty. Great episode though.

I get what youre saying but IMO that is waaaay too surface level of an analysis. Those people were NOT Call of Duty characters. They were fully sentient carbon copies of people he disliked, complete with memories of their outside lives, brought in explicitly so he could torture them. They were cognizant of the passage of time and able to be mentally and physically tortured, feeling pain and anguish. He threw a little boy out of an airlock. I dont care if its a virtual little boy; Im sure thats how Daly got himself to sleep at night, but that boy could feel pain and fear. Daly was fully aware of this and did not care. He was a sociopath.

Daly was a red-alert risk for an office shooting or chaining up women in his basement if he didnt have that outlet.

Id agree if it was more similar to your CoD example, but theyre on different planets of morality. Its closer to White Christmas where Jon Hamm tortured and mentally broke those AIs except probably even worse because these remember their real selves.

I just gave in less then a week ago and threw $80 at this through the coinbase app. It's already at $115 and at a point was $130. There is a sell option on the app. Have not tried using it yet though. I don't know jack about this but looking at the history on the app I can't see it suddenly declining to near nothing anytime soon
